No. It means they either got consent to search or a warrant.

They would have had a warrant and had a hazmat team ready to go in. Also there is a odor that is given off when they cook meth.

Great, a few more pieces of trash of the streets and out of Montverde and Ferndale.

Thank you , Thank you, Thank you so much Sheriff Borders and the Street crimes unit, you are making a difference in our area. Please focus on Third Street in Montverde next. There is at least one house there that gives/sells drugs.

Judges, lets give these guys real sentance instead of letting back out on the streets in a year or so.

AGREED!!! Let's hope they don't just get probation for a year or two. A long prison term would be great.

I listened to an interresting news segment the other day on NPR that had to do with the number of states that are releasing drug prisoners because of the overcrowding situation that is getting worse everyday .I wonder if this will in fact inevitabley lead to Legalization of Drugs .I never thought so before but maybye ?...

It was most likely either someone at that address or some dealer.

Meth should be legal. Legalizing meth would end meth labs overnight. A group of very serious policemen have formed a group to legalize ALL drugs, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition ( http://leap.cc ) They see what happened when we legalized alcohol in 1932 as a good example of how drug legalization would work. We can't stop drugs. They're sick of chasing drug users and sending innocent people to prison for decades just because they like to get high. This foolish war on drugs has lasted 37 years and cost us over a TRILLION dollars and we are not an inch closer to stopping drugs. How many millions of Americans are we going to lock up in prison for decades? My brother, Spencer Montgomery III would still be alive if heroin had been legal. He overdosed because He didn't know the actual strength of the heroin he injected. If he could have bought a known amount of heroin in a pharmacy he would still be alive today. Legalize ALL drugs now. Mark Montgomery [email protected]
