The state of Minnesota said that they "may" foreclose on my home in 2010, but can they REALLY do that if ...?... it was evaluated by them at $110,000 and less than $5,000 is owed?
Does "foreclose" literally mean to "take" your house? Or is it a process as a whole? Or can it in this case mean to put a lien on it? Can I fight it with a lawyer?
I am confused.
