it's more or less irrelevant what McSame says at this point since his bluff has been called by Iraq.

both Bush and McSame are on record stating "if the Iraqi's tell us to leave, we will leave".

well?

Bush/McSame have been served-- let's see how they slime their way out of this one.

um, we should have never been in Iraq in the first place. Osama wasn't in Iraq. Saddam didn't attack us. Seems pretty clear cut to me who has the correct stance on the "war on Terror"

Higher gas prices are due to the Dems?

Yeah, right. I'm sure they have nothing to do with Shrub's war on the middle class. amd his attempt to keep his personal oil interests a top priority.

[["When you win wars, troops come home," McCain said.]]

the troops come home either way, john, win or lose. and when it's a bad war, when there is no way to "win," they come home decimated and demoralized. ask the russians about chechnya.

How is it "right" to INVADE an almost defensless country and cause the death of hundreds of thousands of their people and thousands of our own under the pretense of a lie?

There is no "winner" here.

Obama wants to pullout of Iraq and send more troops to Afghaistan?

I thought he promised to stop the wars!

John McCain fought and was a prisoner in the Vietman war for 5 years.

That was probably the most unpopular war in American history.

A lot of American men were drafted and died in that political war.

Obama doesn't have a clue, as to, how to be "Commander and Chief"!

Obama spent too many years in the house that Wright built. http://www.tucc.org/about.htm

"Our troops will come home in honor and they won't come home in defeat," he added. This shows he has no intention of bringing our troops home from this "WAR FOR OIL" and the complete control of the middle east which is the main agenda. There is no such thing as winninig a war, no one wins. The cost of lives and the untold amount of injury caused on both sides stops anyone from being called a winner, everyone is a loser. The only way our troops will come home in honor is crippled or in a box with a flag on top. If Obama is elected we will just go to Afghanistan and have Iraq all over again. What is wrong with this country? " VOTE NADER"

Obama’s position this week is very different from his position of last week. Obama will promise anybody, anything, any day; different from yesterday. The left-wing TV and print media are treating media as the lost child, when in fact; Obama changes his position about as often as he changes his underwear. The issue of this season is gasoline prices. Obama and his Democrat Party team on Capitol Hill of Reid/Pelosi continue to “punish” the American consumers by denying American oil companies the right to drill for more oil in oil rich reserves. Voters must remember this on November 4. Tell the Democrats on Capitol Hill that American consumers need the new oil for lower gasoline prices, to preserve our jobs, and promote new jobs; all for our US economy.

Let me see if I have this right...We're in Iraq because we were attacked on 9/11 by by Saudi terrorist based in Afghanistan! That makes perfect sense. And McBush supports this brilliant strategy? Looks like another weapon of mass stupidity in the wings!

Good advice from Senator McCain. Millions of Americans have experienced skin cancers from sun exposure. As one of them, let me echo his suggestion and add that a broad brimmed hat as well as sunscreen is highly advisable. Senator McCain endured more for his country than any human should ever experience, his sun damage being secondary to the extreme torture and broken limbs inflicted on him.

Yeah, you're right, Obama's changed his position on everything - torture, immigration, campaign finance, abortion, Afghanistan,.... Oh, wait, that was McCain. Sorry.

You right-wingers really make me laugh trying to pin the flip-flop label on Obama. First you say that he'll say anything to anyone to get elected, then you complain that he HASN'T changed his position on expanded drilling. So do you want to rag on him for alleged flip-flopping, or do you want to rag on him for maintaining his unpopular (although correct) stance on an issue that most people don't understand? Take your pick because you can't have it both ways.
