He's from Brook-a-lynn, just like dominic the xmas donkey, which is also referred to as an sss. Is he a friend of yours by any chance? Maybe you know him from one of the gay mandingo bath houses that your friend Dr. Fineman "hangs out" in.
I guessing this will be worse than one or two bodies in the road. How good are you at body part identification after severe trauma? Your help may be needed. I'm guessing Alex is about two and a half sheets into it by now. It could get very gory.
Two and a half sheets past at 9:00PM on a Sat night????
Come on Max, I passed that level at lunch time....

Where do these freaks come from???? Is their knowledge acquired
from the Readers Digest or the check out lines at the local grocer???? The real scary part is the fact that nobody has commented on what the state has done with its $50 million a year they get from their share of the tobacco settlement plus revenue from taxes on the sales of tobacco per year.... Now according to my stick and sand pile, that comes out to around $208 per household... Where in the hell is this money, money that was earmarked for the very cause they use as reasoning for the increase in the tax????? Somebody BSing Somebody Max.....

Can't be reader's digest. Too many big words.

As to where the money went... to the same place all of the confiscated funds went to -- the politico's buddies.

What do you think your new friend would think about me? Haven't smoked anything in years, but don't care what you do, as long as it is not in my face. I must be a Nazi, since I don't want them to send out the SS to check on smokers.

Wait, doesn't that make me the un-Nazi? What am I then, a liberal?

Hardy, har, har, har.

Glad to hear you are having a productive Saturday.

Ohhh Yes, going to the mall with the Jewish Empress... I did relatively good today...
I stayed with her for a whole 45 minutes before seeking refuge in one of the malls
watering troth's....

That's an awful lot of Nazi talk there Max... You been watching reruns of Glen Beck again????

You're probably right about the Readers Digest and god forbid one of them has the skills to thumb through the Wall Street Journal with its lack of photographic see and say journalism....

So having said that, let me peez them off some more...
In 2006 you had the Surgeon General Richard Carmona issuing a report that was so bogus that it was laughable... Laughable because it was based upon an EPA study which classified second hand smoke as a Group 1A carcinogen, extremely deadly and cancerous... This very same report was thrown in the trash by Federal Judge William Osteen back in 1998 who ruled all of the evidence by the EPA was inflated and held no merit and for the most part was fraudulent.... To this day they can not find one coroners report that states cause of death by second hand smoke and the entire damn thing was nothing more than political propaganda.....

Same activist, same Bull$hit. They even admit it on page 21.

Recognizing that there is still an active discussion
around the use of meta-analysis to pool data
from observational studies (versus clinical trials),
the authors of this Surgeon General’s report used
this methodology to summarize the available data
when deemed appropriate and useful, even while
recognizing that the uncertainty around the metaanalytic
estimates may exceed the uncertainty indicated
by conventional statistical indices, because of
biases either within the observational studies or produced
by the manner of their selection.

Can you imagine the consequences if Big Brother attacked other
industries in the same manner????? I'm talking about Toy Companies, Auto Makers, Fast Food and the entire Liquor Industry..... Granted, these industries are being regulated
by Big Brother but none have been attacked by the entire country in a class action lawsuit for SUPPOSED unpaid medical expenses associated with there use and the SUPPOSED strain on Medicare
budgets.... And it hasn't stopped, this government sponsored scam is still flourishing such as the case presently in court in Missouri where a group of hospitals are suing Tobacco for half a billion for treatment of smoking related illnesses to persons without health insurance.... Now, if Johnny Rocket Science crashes his new Porsche into a tree and drains his insurance means, these same issues should take merit.... The hospitals should be able to file suit against Porsche and possibly the manufacturer of the shoes he was wearing at the time of impact.... This particular case really caught my eye because the hospitals say ALL of these patients were uninsured at first but since time, when this suit was filed back in 1995, lawyers representing TOBACCO have found that only 1 in 5 were without insurance... The deceit started before any court proceedings!!!!! These accusations must have been published by the very same person who claimed second hand smoke
kills over 3000 people a year but could not produce one death certificate to prove it....

And now we have our newest "The Sky Is Falling" Surgeon General,
Dr. Regina Benjamin, with claims that ONE PUFF on a cigarette
could kill you.... I did some serious thinking about this BS claim of hers, and concluded that the death by a single puff she was referring to was from the exploding oxygen tank standing next to this person... Talk about a wack job for a Surgeon General!!!!
But, she has a fantastic background and should be knowledgeable on the subject of the dangers of smoking... After all, she was on the board of directors of the Robert Johnson Trust, an organization
sponsored by Johnson and Johnson, makers of all of those nicotine patches and pills, and THE MAJOR SPONSOR of all anti-smoking organizations... Conflict of interest???? NAaaahhhhh!!!!!!!

Secondly, you find it necessary to add more humor to the debate by throwing in the World Health Organization.. Just who in the hell do you think is in charge of the W.H.O.????? If for one second you think that it is the UN, please sit down in a comfortable chair and readjust your tin foil hat.... It's The Pharmaceutical Industry, the ones that brought such great catastrophes as the H1N1 and influenced government bodies around the world to stock pile antiviral medication that was never needed, and adding billions of dollars to the pockets of companies like Glaxo-Smith-Kline... THE GREAT SCIENTIST OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION ARE BEING PAID OFF BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY..........
Do you understand the definition of the word "FACT"???? Lets use the dictionaries main definition: "something that actually exists".....
When it comes to the risks of second hand smoke we are not given actual figures as to how many people die from it, because these people doling out this information don't have a frigg'n clue.... What they are giving you is what they call a relative risk factor which is no frigg'n different than the probability of being struck by lighting at 12noon on July 3rd 2011.... Why do they do this????? Because it would bankrupt the world if they had to investigate a case by case study.... The W.H.O also relies heavily on epidemiology and if you know anything at all about it and agree with their findings, I suggest you fire your doc and check the yellow pages for a good witch doctor in Africa.... I as many other people have had a relative die from cancer... After the death were you contacted by an organization doing a study on the background and habits of the deceased???? If you say YES, you're a God Dam lair.... If anyone in this household smoked and the deceased kicked the bucket at the prime youthful age of 102 from complications of coronary heart failure, they are included into the findings of these quacks working in epidemiology....
Facts: University of Washington study tested 20 Missouri smoking establishments and found that secondhand smoke levels ranged from 110 to 877 times SAFER than OSHA workplace air quality standards require. Johns Hopkins University study tested Baltimore smoking establishments and found that secondhand smoke levels ranged from 30 to 238 times SAFER than OSHA workplace air quality standards require. British Medical Journal published study tested European smoking establishments and found that secondhand smoke levels ranged from 4 to 5,000 times SAFER than OSHA workplace air quality standards require. American Cancer Society sponsored study tested Western New York smoking establishments and found that secondhand smoke levels ranged from 532 to 25,000 times SAFER than OSHA workplace air quality standards require. British Medical Journal & W.H.O conclude secondhand smoke "health hazard" claims are greatly exaggerated... http://www.bmj.com/content/326/7398/1057.full
I guess that last one published by W.H.O shoots your theory all to shetz!!!!!! Remember Skippy, the money's not in the cure, it's in the treatment. This message has been brought to you by The Pharmaceutical Industry...
Thank you!

You are a fu88ing addict. A true peckerhead. You are willing to rise up against the government and for what??????? A stupid cigarette. A cigarette is more important to you than your country. You are worse than a crack wh0re. At least a crack wh0re cares about her country. Tell you what- get on the next plane to Egypt. I'll bet THEY don't tax cigarettes- at least not nearly as much as they tax them here. Then you can have a smoke while you riot and destroy priceless artifacts. Either that or take a bullet and blow your brains out. Over here, in America, you are a waste of skin and we really do not need you.

Such a tax should be levied against the companies at the pre-marketing stage. Then, the companies will have to decide whether to pass that cost along to the consumers.

There is a movement somewhere in Europe to put a cap on the amount of profit a tobacco company can make on tobacco products, with any surplus over that amount going directly to the government.

Something should curtail those companies' profiting from the crazed willingness of addicts to support their addictions.

Apparently the news services in Tennessee didn't report about the
$200 Billion that is being paid out to the states over 25 years as
part of the settlement in that secret only in Tennessee class action
lawsuit.... It was called a settlement but the exact definition was
closer to Government Extortion....

Have you ever heard of Tobacco Bonds???? If it were not for tobacco,
you would have seen a stock market crash world wide that would have shut down banking a million times worse than the Great Depression... I suggest you read a little before coming to such pointless opinions....

I think you just answered your own question/point. The gov't can and will charge whatever they want- because they know you, the smoker is too weak to quit. They can charge $10 a pack and I'm sure most smokers will still pay for it.:)
Only an idiot would pay that much money to help kill themselves (and others around them). Do you really wonder why we (American's) laugh and take advantage of your condition?
Look, I will never believe you are saint and don't have any bad habits at all. Somebody drinks, somebody is shopaholic, somebody is fond of totalizator, extreme sport - these things can be also dangerous, but still brings pleasure and satisfaction! Why not to impose taxes on overeating then? Obesity has become a national problem of our country! I mean every person has his own right to choose as we live in free democratic country, a country of human rights. So I'm just begging our government to stop hiking taxes on cigarettes! Extremely high taxes just give a fertile ground for black market! Believe me, if a smoker decides to kick the habit, he will do that anyway. But if he prefers to smoke, do not make him bankrupt with these crazy prices.

Yeah- you are for real, aren't you.£4.35 is a CHEAP rate for smokes in England. In Germany they are about 5 Euros a pack. So there is NO way that you can get European smokes for just over $2.00 a pack. You are either giving your credit card number to a bunch of thieves who will bleed your account dry or you are buying some very cheap Chinese imitations that will kill you even quicker than the American brands (anyone remember the pet food deaths due to the Chinese?) Anyways, go ahead and buy them. Smokers are a bunch of idiots anyways and deserve to be screwed. Tax the smokes, let em get ripped off or let them buy true poison sticks. Makes no difference to me.
I'm for real, guy. I buy cigarettes made in Eastern Europe - http://www.smokin4free.com/ ! And they are much more cheaper there because of taxes and labor cost! By the way, those cigarettes are lighter than ours because there is special requirement of Ministry of Health to make filter longer so that cigarettes become lighter. Moreover they are not firesafe therefore they don't contain those chemicals which are added to American cigarettes to make them fire safe.
