I have read so much on the site about the LLPOA. I almost had a heart attack when I read the new owner fees were $2000 (plus the usual annual fee). I want to make sure I am getting the value for my money. The area I will be in seems very, very quiet. I hope like heck it stays that way.

I however drove through the neighborhood with my realtor and saw some teenagers. Gotta love them thangs. They stared into the car like we were aliens. A tiny little boy walked at a pace of about a step every ten seconds across the street and then stared as we passed by (obviously testing us- he better have been glad my realtor was driving).

I want to be able to access the amenities without problems and I don't want to parent someone else's kids to access anything. It seems like about 50% of posts are positive, 50% negative. I greatly appreciate all of your comments. I will weigh them in my decision to purchase or run for the hills. I love nature though!:o)

I live on the Heritage side. We did pay big time dues (in july) but I would say it has been well worth it. We love it there. I have a teenager. She would not have been one of the ones you saw and if she were you can bet I would handle her. I have seen a couple that look like they may be trouble but I know one of them is moving very soon.

We have had no issues. Honestly we are very happy there. With everything except the water bill. LOL

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Virgo

Be careful you don't wind up doing someone else's work today, Virgo. There are all sorts of little tricks to persuade you to take pity on them, from pretending to be ill to making such a hash of everything that you can't bear to watch for a moment longer. Then you are likely to be asked to put in some overtime, at the expense of your social life. Grr.
