Does anyone know what are they building at Belmont??????????

Just what the sign says "The Shoppes at Belmont."
One building with about 3-4 small storefronts has been approved for construction, there's the possibility of a coffee shop (not Starbucks).
Also be looking for that new Holiday Inn next to the HoJo Inn. It will have a stone facade and all INTERIOR access to rooms.
