That sounds good. I will give it a try.

I am looking for a receipe. I'm not sure but I think it's called spoon bread. I ate some years ago when I worked at first image and it was good. Can someone help me out?

I ate spoon bread for the first time at the Boone Tavern in Berea...I have a Kentucky Spoon Bread recipe as follows...

Kentucky Spoon Bread
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup self-rising cornmeal
1 tblsp margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs,beaten
Pour boiling water over cornmeal and margarine in a bowl, mix well.Add milk, mix well..Beat in eggs.Pour into a greased 1-qt. baking dish.Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or ntil set and slightly brown.

This is the recipe I use.And it is really good with a pat of honey butter.....yummy!
Hope this is what you are looking 4
