Getting started

Amsterdam, Netherlands

#1 Aug 27, 2008
Hey all! I am getting started in the house cleaning business. Since I am new, I don't have any professional references yet. I can however provide as many character references as you would like. I can also ensure that I am an extremely meticulous cleaner. I have already set up some base rates, but for anyone that's willing to try me, I will give a discount on the first cleaning, sort of like a test drive I guess! If anyone is interested, or knows someone that would be, let me know and I will give you an email addy to contact me! Thanks!!

I am charging by the job. In my opinion, that way if I take 2 hours or 5, it's not going to cost you any more money. I'm really basing my rates on the size of the house and what the homeowner is wanting done. Of course just basic cleaning is going to be lower than more in depth cleaning. And to answer you pro life, I am from Somerset, but all of my family has lived here forever. I just moved down here because of my husband's job. My original post says Norway, because I had to post that one from my phone.

If anyone would like specific questions answered, or would like more info, you can email me at [email protected]

Thanks!!

my house is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, livingroom, dinningroom, kitchen, den, & laundry room. How much will it cost to get it cleaned from top to bottom like take the stuff off the walls dust to really get it cleaned. I have health problems keeps me from getting down to the nitty gritty. Then after the first big cleaning how much for once a week cleaning?

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living room, kitchen, and a SMALL dining area. No kids. Carpet in the bedrooms, and hardwood/tile in the rest of the house. The house is just an average size house, not real big at all.

Lace for the first big clean I'd charge 75 or 50, depending on the amount that needs to be done and on the once a week I'd do 40 to keep it up, 50 if laundry's involved. Please email me and we can discuss specifics if this would work for you

For an average sized one, 40 unless laundry's involved, and if so 50. Email me if you'd like and we can talk specifics! [email protected]
