Has anyone read the forum about Wallace and Moran or the forum on the Oakwood arrests. I agree this legal system in Monticello is an unjust tragedy in democracy In softer spoken English it's a Dam@ joke. Innocent people going to jail left and right, guilty walking free just because they have money or because of their name. It's downright sickening!

In collin county we have a judge that is completely unfair and treats his cases completely different than other judges in the state of texas. Name: Judge Barry.

I agree 110%, As a child who was tooken away in 2005, My social worker told me , I would come home within 3 months, didnt happen. She convienced me to quit school where I could obtain my ged befour I age out of care, So now im out of school without ged classes because she decided It was a bad Idea, I thought foster care wants people to finish school, Shes took many of family members away, And truthfully there in worse shape they were in the first place, I stay in Adanta, They were the worse place i ever had tried to get help from, In columbia, They doped me up, even at
The beginning of my pregantcy, They keep me in a grouphome for 5 months with no outside contact, and , Sent me to a mental hospital for anger, and depression, yet aftera week they called her back to say They couldnt see the problem and to get me outta there cause they needed room for sick kids? Shocks me they still the there right when professials tell them the truth.

Just moved to SC, had a telephonic hearing for modification of support, as I am still looking for work I have am scheduling an interview from at&t actually, the judge would not lower the amount at all and said I have 2 months to get a job and get down to Massachusetts for a new hearing. I think this is unreasonable, because you are on probation for the first 3 months of almost any job, also for the type of work I was doing in Massachusetts I will be paid 8 to 11 maybe 12 an hour here opposed to the 16 per hr I made in Massachusetts, I will continue to fall past due by the large amount of support, my credit ruined my license taken, I have wage garnishment so I have always paid support I ran into a small problem when I lost my job after 6 years, and they continued to bill me and treat me like a dead beat whatever that is, threatening me and all..I guess there's nothing I can do but I wanted to get this out and share my issue

I think you guys can do the time if you do the crime. Stop crying about it sometimes the court system is not fair but most of the time they are and if people took better care of their kids then they would still have them so get over it. Get your life together and go back to court and then maybe you people wont be so ungrateful. The judge is not out to mess up peoples lives hes there to help people have better ones so like I said stop wining and grow up and you wouldnt be in the couts in the first place.

That is interesting cause I don't recall finding a program to get your degree or Master's in Social Work online, actually only two schools in KY have a credited program and that is UK and U of L. Western has one but I don't think it is credited yet. Get your stupid facts straight you dang idiot.

Heres a idea if you dont like the system stay out of it. Its not hard to stay out of trouble and its not just here this problem is in every town. The way you beat it is to not break the law.

I got pulled over tonight and had to take a sobriety test. I was pulled over for not wearing my seat belt, but I didn't see the probable cause for the test. Must have been because of the cut-off shirt. Last time I got pulled over I had to do the same damn thing. I was wearing a cut-off shirt. Was told that my cologne had a winy smell. I informed the officer I wasn't wearing cologne. Just someone else poking me in the side. Oh well probably get thrown out after I file a complaint like it did last time. But it's still a waste of my time.
