2-29-12 — The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, February 21 and returned

11 indictments.

Following are indictments that were returned:

• Billy D. Perkins was indicted for possession of a controlled

substance first degree and possession of a controlled substance

second degree.

• Joseph Wallace, Angela Wallace, Shelley Parrigin, and Chad Rosen were indicted for five counts of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance first degree. Joseph Wallace was indicted for persistent felony offender first degree. Angela

Wallace and Shelly Parrigin were indicted for persistent felony

offender second degree.

• Curtis W. Allen was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine,

possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of

drug paraphernalia.

• Jamie Matthews was indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Edward L. Crabtree was indicted for flagrant non-support and

persistent felony offender first degree.

• Russell Cannell was indicted for flagrant non-support.

• Lannie Dobbs was indicted for possession of a controlled substance

first degree, possession of marijuana, promoting contraband first

degree and persistent felony offender first degree.

• Brad Rednour was indicted for theft by failure to make a required

disposition of property over $500.

• Christopher Guinn and Sylvia Laws were indicted for manufacturing

methamphetamine. Laws was also indicted for persistent felony

offender second degree.

• Leroy Lee and Dylan Owens were indicted for four counts of

manufacturing methamphetamine. Owens was indicted for possession of a

controlled substance first degree and Lee was indicted for persistent

felony offender second degree.

• Brittany Shrum and James Scott Cowan were indicted for

manufacturing methamphetamine. Cowan was also indicted for persistent

felony offender first degree and Shrum was indicted for persistent

felony offender second degree.

Readers are reminded that indictments do not indicate guilt or

innocence, only that further court action is necessary in a case, and

are public record and are filed in the Wayne Circuit Clerk’s Office.
