if a child gets his/her permit and went through the first 180 days and liked 2 days in getting the graduated license and the school reports that he/she has missed one day to many at school..and suspends the permit.
my question is will he/she have to take the permit over or will he/she go into the second phase? and when can the school report that he/she is compliant with the rules. Do they have to wait a full semester to report or can they report at any time
has anyone been through this that could give me some info. I would appreciate it

I don't know and don't give a ratz azz. Ky is the hillbilly state with stupid laws.
Taking away driving privilege just because they dont live up to government expectations? Looks like an easy law to crush. But dumb KYians dont know any better.
I am not worried because I am homeschooling my kids. Public school and all their retarded policies are not beneficial for children. And throw in cruelty from other kids. Too much pressure against children these days.
My child will drive when I know they are ready to be safe and responsible. No hurry. But I wont let state be the middleman. I suggest other parents wake up and do the same.
