Jimtown

Where grandma and her family is from. I been there to many times.

Take highway 167 to cooper. Go down Duncan valley road. When you come to the forks in the road hang a left. Keep going until you cross the bridge. Hang a right and cross the dry holler bridge. Go that way until you come to the dry holler church. Take the road and go up behind the church into the mountains. Go a few hundred feet and you are in Jimtown.

Most of Jimtown is wilderness now. It use to be part of the old tellico trail. The cherokee use this route for many years. That would have been Kizziah and all.

Well as you can see the map here for the year 1800 http://www.genealogyinc.com/kentucky/maps/ it is borderd on indian lands. However, It is common knowledge this exact border was disputed

Yea, The maps show plainly in 1804 that the Indian territory was most of the area. Then in 1814 after John Seviers big Lie. Which caused the state of North Carolina to have a failed government. Look at how Tennessee was developed. Especially the Franklinite area. Or should I have said Thieve area. The State of Tenn anounce anything done under this rule was null. So what up here!

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Scorpio

Emotional tension is in the air today, making it a fraught but exciting day. The fur could really fly between you and someone you fancy, especially if you aren't yet having a sexual relationship with them. Try to channel all this energy into positive directions, such as doing something creative or transforming. It will also help to keep active.
