looks like we are too late; did someone play etch-a-sketch on his face? Will his charges be less than the average bank robber because he did not brandish or claim to have a gun?

His father Thomas Lagano jr was invovled in organized crime back in 90's. He was one of the youngest street soldiers for the Genovese crime family, working at a well known solid waste company known as Orange County Sanitation. Not much is knon about his where abouts now.

I know both of these men and I know that neither of them are cold hearted enough to do something like be apart of the mafia. Anyways, the economy is so bad at this moment, who hasn't thought of getting cash right away?? C'mon now... give them some slack, especially why bring his father into this?
