Not sure if you are looking at this but I am a Miley.
My g-g-grandfather was Matthew Miley b. 1836 who farmed around paducah KY. My g-grandfather was born there in 1865

Family names are very similar... George, Matthew, Robert, Wayne, others are Harker, Clark, walter.

any info on Matthew's parents and siblings would be appreciated.

Hi everyone my name is Heather Miley , Joe Miley is my uncle, my family lost uncle Joe in Vietnam on February 8, 1971. He turned 19 on January 15 1971. My grandparents are bob and ola and Bonnie Miley sadly they are all gone now as is my dad Dr Terry Miley. I am Robert Miley, brother of Joe Miley who was killed in laos. I had been stationed with him just prior to him being deployed on a secret mission, which later turned out to be the Lam song 719 offensive. Joe had just turned 19 years old 3 weeks before his death.

Iam curently in afghanistan flying and supporting the Us military.

He is still missed by all of his surving family memebers. My mom and dad passed away a few years ago.

I am sorry Nel, but my knowledge of the family does not go back that far. I know that the people I am interested in are related to Heather Miley, whose name appears frequently in these posts.

there are miley's in ohio my grandfathers name is Harley miley and his parents names were orville and ora miley my grandpa was born in highland county and he is buried here as well
