Like any Ohio city employee, most cleveland city employees dont want to live in a crime infested area. The politicians could go a long way in restoring their credibility by terminating the savages-AKA the 47% and thereby save the working taxpayers money instead of wasting it on the savages-AKA47% and the welfare leeches. Politicians only want the residency requirement so they can be guaranteed the money to give to the savages.

If they want this that should apply to all people working in the city. Mayor, City Council, Lawyer for the city and any other representive that is given funds by the city for ANY service rendered.
