I hear that!! I for many years ran my own business and ended up fireing two of my 4 kids. Alot of people said I was mean, but how can I keep other employees in line if I let my kids run wild.

The few comments on here talk about firing family, etc. Sr. has always had issues dealing with family and the business over the years. But regardless of what played out to get to this point, Paulie's creativity built that business..........period. Sr. might have financially backed the start up, but it was all Paulie, Vinnie and crew from there. Sr. doesn't have half the knowledge those guys have when it comes to building a custom bike. What goes around comes around!!!! Sr. is an egotistical idiot that always put everything else before his family. He loves that stupid dog more than his sons. At least on the surface and through his actions, that's the way it appears to me. Sr. will get what he deserves in the end. With OCC out of the public eye, I bet all that capital he invested in the new headquarters, etc. will bring the company down. I guess time will tell.

Sadly some people don't realize this business was a 'family' business that they all started. Sr did not start OCC. Jr. designed the logo and did the majority of the footwork as well as dirty work in getting the bikes built, not his dad. And Jr. will continue to be a money maker after all the dust settles. I think Sr. treated his family badly and gets what he deserves.

As for the way Sr. looks, it's called what goes around comes around. The way he has treated people, and those he's stepped on has finally caught up with him. You've got to treat people with respect. If it wasn't for all those guys in his business busting their asses everyday, he wouldn't have what he has.

I don't know much about the TV program, but I could tell you about the land that was dug-up and ruined to bill this stage show building alleges it would bring plenty of jobs in the area. I am still waiting to see what jobs, and now it over caputs just another building. and the beats goes on

I had beeing watching the show since its beginning. The reason OCC is what it is, is Paul Jr.
By my standards, I have three childs and always there will be fighting and disputes. The thing that you have to be able is to communicate. And Paul Sr is a moron in terms of comunication. No One can really talk with SR. Until he learns to comunicate (speak and listen) his problems will continue to grow.
And what is worse, his family will never be unite again.
Sorry for Mickey and Paulie... Such is life!!!
Best of Lucks!

The whole family is nuts. They built nice bikes but without the show nobody needs any of them. Just another soap opera.

Having been a business manager with children working for me I found first hand you treat them as employees at work and you treat them as family away form work. It can be done and there are many good business schools that provide course on the same. The kicker is you have to put the ego at the door and sr from all he has shown cannot do that. the show was successful because of jr and mikies off the wall personality. not sr and let's not forget vinnie. I see he has a new show starting feb 14 called Throttle Junkies, congrats to him and Cody and I wish them well and that sr gets his reward. Oh wait he has the show was cancelled because the show was successful because of all the crew not because of sr.

I have been watching the show from it's beginning
and I will say it was a lot more fun than lately.
I miss all the old guys, vinnie, cody, mikey, and jr. It is a shame that Jr. and Sr. couldn't get over their own ego's, to make this business work as a family business for the long run. I agree that Jr. did most of the fabricating but let's not forget that Sr. had the smarts to set up the financing. sure hate to see a family broke apart like this. but forgiveness is a great quality. good luck guys. and mikey keep up your comedy dream you can be really funny. remember louie anderson.
