A St. Johnsville business owner, angry at state government, decided to withhold payments to Montgomery Countya s revolving loan fund until New York makes good on money it owes his company.

Scott Smith, up to same tricks, Celect wants more tax dollars from NY state. Why does he not move here? He has always promised jobs, yet about only 12 cars are located in the parking lot daily. look in the place, its loaded with scrap plastic. He probably is waiting for a flood to get paid by FEMA to dump it. AGAIN
