According to the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution the women is innocent. The young newborn probably had said it's young first goo goo as "I'm a Communist!" The poor women suffered from loss of memory, she should have gotten a short stay at a good Hospital for the mentally ill...and left with the proper meds.

Now that I have a kid of my own, I can't fathom how someone could do that, to an innocent, defenseless, wonderful baby. So full of life, his little eyes, lips, arms. His future ahead of him - what would he have been? Maybe the next president? Who knows? Now we never will. In my mind, that's all the more reason to push a pro-life message. The more people out there defending life, the more likely a woman like this will get the message through her head not to do such a thing. How sad...my heart aches just thinking about what that little baby could have grown to become. At least I can rest assured knowing he is up in heaven playing in God's kingdom, free from the pain of this world.

I think this women has suffered enough, I agree with the first person that states she is mentally unstable, which she was at the time. She was probably living in the USA and did not have her green card and could not see a way out of situation, as the papers state she felt embrassed by her community to be an unwed mother. People are far to quick to judge only God can judge, give the women a break, I feel she has served her time and I am sure she truly regrets what she done. I think we need to pray for her and wish her all the best. She is after all human just like us.
