Why in GODS name would any intelligent(or not intelligent) political group that is seeking reelection of their leader to have decided at the start of this convention to exclude GODS name and Jerusalem from their platform at the start and now decide to include it in their platform. Only reason being is because they showed what they really believe in. To even to decide to omit it in the first place shows you why we are havng the problems in this country today by showing how stupid and dumb it was to start with to decide to omit it. WE are, and have always been a Christian nation, founded on our belief of the ALMIGHTY. The uproar from the public was so strong, and uproar from all parties, changed their mind and now they will allow GODS NAME and Jerusalem to be included. Too late, you imbeciles; your mistake has caused you to lose your election. I cannot begin to believe that any person who believes in our GOD could ever decide to vote and support this president and his party, and certainly his most recently CHANGED opinion to now include GODS name. Just in the last few minutes, the news just in, now says that Obama intervened , and has asked them to change their first decision not to include GODS name or JERUSALEM, and to now include it. Heck, he knew what his platform was; why did he decide to change it now that this been caught up with. Its because of the uproar this has caused and now they are trying to cover up and justify their first idea These people are as stupid as we believe them to be. Good speakers, and people who started out strugging to build their future and to try to succeed mostly always have come from modest families and hardworking parents who started out with little or nothing. This alone doesnt qualify them to run our country. Why has this administration decided to throw Israel under the train. They are our only big supporter in an area where the rest of the nations would annialate us tomorrow if they thought they could suceed, even the ones we have suppored and given so much to them. Man, there is so much trouble here in our nation today. The decsions of this Democratic party(which I am a member of) his just about to wreck our country completely and bring our great nation down. Man,man, man!

You are sooooo right. I am a Democratic black female and never voted anything or anyone other than democrat. However, I am also a Christian and consider myself neither liberal or conservative. i could not have got a degree except through government assistance, but since then, my husband and I have provided for our family adequatly without any need for any other assistance. I received my assistance with help from a democratic representative and appreciate it. But I know, as a Christian, that none of this could be, without the Blessings from GOD. I just cant see how something like this could have transpired and as far as I am concerned, the blame starts at the top! He, as the leader, should have known ahead of time what was included or discluded from the platform. Starts with him, and then his advisors and cabinet. I like him, I was so proud he was elected and have overlooked all the other criticism of him, as just politics, but I cant stand with him, now. I wish I could.

I agree with you and I feel bad about deserting him, but I have a family I have to consider and what is best for their future too.
