Foster takes a pass on Metra, Parkway

There are 7 comments on the Oswego Ledger-Sentinel story from Jul 19, 2010, titled Foster takes a pass on Metra, Parkway. In it, Oswego Ledger-Sentinel reports that:

We were disappointed last week when U.S. Rep. Bill Foster, D-Batavia, offered no indication he plans to take a leadership role at the federal level to secure the extension of Metra commuter rail service from downtown Aurora to Montgomery, Oswego or Yorkville.

I agree. Any bypass around Yorkville is going to upset the communities that it goes through. The planned Prairie Parkway is thorough mostly rural land and would prepare Kendall for a future. Over time the price to build the Parkway will only go up in cost. Build it now if you want local industry and jobs to grow on its corridor. Don't build it and make your friends and family drive miles of country roads to Will and Kane counties for work.

If he had to vote on amestey for illegals he'd vote yeah. If he had to vote for a total welfare State he'd vote yeah. If there's a vote to help his own district and imporve business he'd vote nay. That's the kind of guy he is.

Foster is a lackey for Obama and Pelosi.
An educated stooge.

He has to go next November with the rest of the scum that insists on destroying this country with socialist ideas and out of control spending.

If he had to vote for food stanps for illegals he'd be all over that one. He not a congressman for all the people. He reminds me of the Chicago Democrats who wold only fix the curbs of democrats and pass-up the republican curbs. But, I'll sure bet that his research labs are well taken care of with grants and entitlements. How could you people put him in office to support anything the obama administration puts in front of him. I thought Kendall County was smarted than that.

Hope this lackey takes a good beating in November and whoever takes his place has some clue that the American people are fed up with this out of control, record deficit spending.
It has to end now.

Next time you travel I88, take a look to the left and take a look to the right. These are businesses that employ people in the area. They set up around transportation hubs. Jobs like these could be in Kendal. A bedroom community means that the homeowners pay all the taxes.
