The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America. It was adopted in its original form on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and later ratified by the people in conventions in each state in the name of "We the People." The U.S. Constitution is the oldest written national constitution in effect in the world.

Our Federal government and some members of Congress (DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN) are failing to uphold the US Constitution with regard to IMPROPER ENTRY BY ALIEN, the supreme law of the land:

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien,"
any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place
other than as designated by immigration officers; or

Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or

Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully
false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a
material fact; has committed a federal crime.

1. The topic of illegal immigration is not about race, religion, creed,
gender, sexual preference, or the poverty level of other countries - it
is about breaking the law. When a foreign national crosses our borders or
overstays a visa, it is against the law, and the lawbreaker is in fact
an illegal alien. It does not matter whether the illegal alien is green,
blue, or purple; the issue is one of law enforcement, not race.

2. A 1986 bill rewarded criminal behavior of 1.3 million lawbreakers. Since US borders were not secured, this 1986 amnesty was an invitation for 12-20 more illegal aliens to illegally cross US borders. Lawmakers in 1986, assured taxpayers that their amnesty was a one-time deal that would solve the problem! There are 11,000 border patrol agents that cover 8,000 miles of US borders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Federal government says they could secure borders in Third World countries but NOT our own US borders!

3. Mexico is a very wealthy country. It is blessed with abundant natural resources (gold, oil) and a fortunate location. The truth is freeloader rich Mexicans export their unemployed, so US taxpayers could support illegals with free medical, education, housing, food stamps and vouchers.

4. Mexico is the largest foreign supplier of marijuana and the second largest source of heroin for the U.S. market. The majority of methamphetamine sold in the United States is made in Mexico, and Mexican-run methamphetamine labs that operate north of the border account for much of the remainder. Mexican drug cartels play a major role in the flow of cocaine, heroin, and marijuana transiting between Latin America and the United States. These drug cartels often use Mexican-American gangs to distribute their narcotics. When our Congress and Federal government gets done, there will be no safe streets in our good ole' USA.

Illegal Aliens Spread Swine Flu In U.S.

The potentially deadly virus originated in Mexico and so far has killed nearly 200 people and infected thousands there, forcing the country to shut down public services, schools and private businesses. The earliest known case was a four-year-old boy who lives on a pig farm in Veracruz and contracted the disease on April 2.

The first reported swine flu fatality, a 39-year-old Mexican woman, occurred on April 13 in Oaxaca. Incredibly, Mexico’s health secretary (Jose Angel Cordova) publicly said this week that the outbreak likely began in the United States.

SECURE OUR BORDERS!

Leprosy, Hansen s disease, was so rare in America that in 40 years only 900 people were afflicted Suddenly, in the past three years America has more than 7,000 cases of leprosy. Leprosy now is endemic to northeastern states because illegal aliens and other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean, and Mexico (Thomson American Health Consultants; 2003)

Tuberculosis was virtually absent in Virginia until in 2002, when it spiked a 17% increase, but Prince William County, just south of Washington, D.C., had a much larger rise of 188%.(American Medical Association (JAMA) June 2005)

They say its racist, but they have clearly broke the law. We lock people up in this country for weed and mushrooms, and etc.. but let people go who enter a nation illegally? What BS is this? The Gov't denies freedoms to its own citizens but allows it to those who are not citizens?! IF EVER THERE WAS A REASON TO FIGHT!! We were founded by revolutionaries and to our roots we shall return!

To the people that support all these illegals, You should live here in S Ca. where the crime rate has soared due to the illegal population. Our prisons are bulging with them they lie to get WIC & any other form of gov assistance. going to a hosp is nearly impossible as they use the emergeny rooms for a Drs. office & actually line up to get in taxes, which they don't pay are soaring out of control. Yeah come to Ca to experiance the illegals & see if you don't change your mind about legalizing them

Other contrys look at us as a joke! We don't say what we mean or mean what we say! We need to require all of congress to read all of the Constitution and understand it, before they can get in to office. Like it or not we should enforce the laws that are on the books. If those laws need to change then there should be a public vote!

If you are in this country illegally how do you qualify for any aid? We are required only to help when in life might be lost. If illegals come to hospitals those working there should help if needed then call law officers. I pay taxes and can't get aid. they sure do ask me how I am going to pay when I go to see a doc.

We need a Constitutional Amemdment to protect our borders stating that the States have the right to enforce illegal immigration. That all immigrants must carry their proof of being in America legally, just as we have to have our driver's license to drive, and proof of insurance on the vehicle. It's absurd that the Federal government can trump the majority of Americans with their absurd 'overriding' rules.
We all need to start a feferendum to change the Constitution back to protecting Americans.

know your facts: President Obamas administration has deported more illegal aliens than the past few Presidents.
