It does violate international norms. Most countries send illegal aliens to prison then deport them when they feel like it.

ATTENTION: United Nations Have you noticed or have any comment on Mexico's treatment of illegals IN MEXICO? Understand that the US has put up with this massive invasion of illegals for WAY TOO LONG and now we want to enforce our laws and the UN is stepping in to comment???? We need the UN to get involved to rid the country of their cartel dominance, why don't you start there....as the problem begins there as the mexicans migrate over here to avoid the violence WHICH COULD BE STOPPED with the UN'S help!

We need to boot the UN from this country, it thinks it has the authority to tell us what to do, and it is sadly mistaken. Actually, have you noticed lately how much is IS sticking its nose in our business?

I just cannot describe in accurate detail the grief and humiliation felt in Bama over the official disapproval of the UN. Perhaps the wise and learned leaders of the UN would consider sending delegates to the Talladega infield the 1st weekend in May to hold a symposium on amnesty for illegal aliens. To welcome the delegation,t-shirts printed with 'EARNHARDT SUCKS'will be provided to
all the UN attendees to wear.

The only reason to form this union would be to over power the most powerful of countries. Guess who that would be...

We folks in Bama know punctuation, and also the difference between 'there' and 'their'.
Where is this 'immigration prison'? Gitmo?

LMAO! So what if you're Canadian? If you aren't in the U.S. leglaly, then you *should* have a problem with immigration. You also have a problem with spelling, grammar and punctuation. We need and want *skilled* immigrants here, not ones that cannot even spell "for sure", don't know that Canadian is capitalized, have no clue the difference between "there" and "their", and also do not know how to punctuate correctly. Have you ever heard of a "period" rather than a comma?

Don't bother coming back. We'll be sure you are deported again, after another stay in "immigration prison" (which is what, exactly?).

Yes it`s just as bad as Obama seeking permission from the UN instead of congress to send military to Lybia! Leon Pinetta pretty much feels we don`t need Congress opproval to go to war.

That tells you you should be from south of our border rather than north.

Welcome to the New World Order in which there will be no order except for the rulers of it. Assume the position. Humanity's enslavement is right around the corner, and the UN has been designed to be the ruling body over the entire world. Freedom will soon be a dim memory under the one world government.

The UN must stick its nose in USA business as its claim to right of rulership over us.

Let's hear the UN comment on other countries' immigration policies and punishments, which are one hell of alot more stringent and harsh than ours.

I don't know about the US but I am not judging Canada....As a matter of fact I believe I still hold dual citizenship..... One thing you say here is that you have free health care....Health care is only free to only those who don't work...or unless you are working under the table.....and not playing by the rules........If you work and are playing by the rules, then you are in one way or another paying for it....Do you work?
I agree though, we have a huge problem with the govt of the US...Their "care" process is selective.... and they care about some...

“The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has just let the cat out of the bag about what’s really behind our trade agreements and security partnerships with the other North American countries. A 59-page CFR document spells out a five-year plan for the ’security community’ with a common ‘outer security perimeter….[ie] wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada… at this … meeting [3-23-05]… President Bush pinned the epithet ‘vigilantes’ on the volunteers guarding our border in Arizona… the CFR document calls for ‘a seamless North American market’ and for ‘the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico.’… adopting a ‘tested once’ principle for pharmaceuticals, by which a product tested in Mexico will automatically be considered to have met U.S. standards…. putting illegal aliens into the U.S. Social Security system, which is bound to bankrupt the system.… a major fund to finance 60,000 Mexican students to study in U.S.
colleges…. supervision by a North American Advisory Council of ‘eminent persons’.”

"its not free to non citizens visiting." I might agree with that....The point is that someone is in fact paying for it......Only those who don't play by the rules or don't work are not paying in...to your system....Do you work? Have you worked? Are you retired? Its only free to those who don't or won't work and are not retired.....
