I have written to the president expressing my opinions on imgration. See, that is one of my duties as a citizen. If I don't express myself, I have no right to complain when things don't turn out the way I wish they would.
And don't forget to vote!

By the way,did you hear back from B.O.??

I have emails from him and from the First Lady. Of course, they may be written by a staffer, but I get to vent to the right people. And maybe that staffer sends my opinions and suggestions up the line, who knows? As for voting, I literally take it as a sacred duty. And I will always cast my vote for the individual whom I believe has the best interests of the country at heart. Obama in 2012.

He may in fact have the best interests of the country "at heart" but in practice he doesn't......IMO....anybody but Obama 2012....

How come nobody is trying to fill Africa with white people? After all, isn't Africa too black? America is too white isn't it? How come nobody seems to want to diversify non-white countries? Isn't China too Chinese? Isn't Bora Bora too Polynesian? Why does it seem that integrating is only important in countries that have a large or dominant white population?

That's a social construct, sure, but it is not a national policy. Just because we have traditionally been VERY generous as a nation doesn't mean we should accept the inflow of foreign nationals with little or no regulation. And whatever happened to the assimilation part? If you come to America, become an American. Leave your former nation behind and become a part of this nation. You do not move to America to be a satellite for another nation. No other country would tolerate it. Why should America?

Trust me when I tell you that you're preaching to the choir. I HATE that our country is being overrun and/or bought by illegal immigrants and foreign nationals! Please, PLEASE email your representatives and the White House to voice your opinion. No citizenship for illegal immigrants. Mandatory fingerprinting of guest workers into a national database. Severe penalties for employers who hire illegal aliens. Don't wait.

And after all that B.S. about hating the fact that "our" country is being overrun by illegals, and your begging people to email reps and the White House to voice their opinions, with all that said, as you stated in a previous post, you're going to vote for the person who is soley responsible for "not" closing the border down, and who has refused to see to it that current fed U.S. immigration laws are enforced, and who has had the DOJ sue States for wanting to enforce fed immig. laws, and that ordered DHS and I.C.E. to discontinue the deportation of illegals unless they get themselves convicted of very serious felonies, and that who is now giving illegals work permits, and the person who is sueing states that wish to purge illegals and dead people and felons from their voting rolls, the person who is "protecting and serving" the illegals in every way possible for the latino vote this Nov. You are going to vote to put that person back in office because "you" think he's the best person for the job?

May your neighborhood be invaded and infested by ignorant illiterate illegals and may the homes surrounding your home be filled with mexican gang banger criminals and drug thugs. May they turn your neighborhood into filthy mexighetto Tijuana look a like.

You're a fckin' idiot...

Yes, I am going to vote for the man who has begun to dig our country out of a terrible repression. I DO disagree with his policy on immigration and border control and I, unlike some who are content to tilt at windmills, have elected to actually contact the person with whom I have a difference of opinion and let him know what MY opinion is.
My neighborhood, Ft. Worth, Texas, has already been invaded. THAT is why I act instead of sitting around bitchinÂ’.

Finally, I think its very impressive of you that you finish your post with a bit of third-grade name calling. That is usually the VERY best way to get others to see you as a rational, intelligent adult. I may have to give that a try when I begin to sink into the ravages of dementia.

Nothing wrong with that.
As illegal aliens they have NO rights here.

Way ahead of you there! I'm sure the Senate has several copies of my emails. It's like applying for a job. Keep pestering them until they notice you!
