Arrests made Tuesday during a protest of the state's new illegal immigration law have led to a weird disagreement in which the city is contending those arrested are guilty of less than a misdemeanor, while one of their defense attorneys is arguing they are guilty of a federal offense.

"State Rep. Alvin Holmes said Wednesday that he will not post bond for the 13 people arrested because he found out that they have lawyers."

Ha, ha, ha! They thought they were setting up ICE and law enforcement. They thought they had a good embarrassing case of racial profiling...nevermind that they were in the street saying they were undocumented and unafraid, it was a Stupid set up...that back fired!

Please note, Rep Holmes is kinda washing his hands of the whole thing. Amazing, they all have lawyers. Tell me this wasn't a conspiracy created to play victim to the system and how we arrest and abuse anyone who appears hispanic. Go back to the drawing board on this one. Oh, and didn't you know, once you play this kind of game, you can't do it again.

Really hypocritical, they came from places other than Ala, and pretended to be illegal aliens. Oh, this is soooo reflective of the culture. Now that they have had the dress rehearsal, do the real thing in mehico!

Please note, there are all of approximately twenty people involved in this whole thing. Begs the question, why is this considered news in the first place? Occupy Wallstreet had to have hoards of people before the press started covering them. Now we have less than a hand full of protester for "illegal aliens rights" and the press rolls out the band wagon.
