Republican legislator set to unveil proposed bills to resuce Alabama pre-paid tuition program

A Republican legislator plans to outline a package of proposed bills to rescue Alabama's financially troubled prepaid college tuition program.

I hope someone comes up with something worthwhile. It's a cinch someone is going to have to fund legal contracts with the state. The sooner the better.
