Jacylins child should inherit her estate and belongings but something tells me Kelly Tayz who was running Jacylins estate will try and take everything from her poor child. In a crooked town like Monterey where Police Chiefs and city officials are all breaking the law and stealing from the community. Not to mention their illegal operations (moonshine stills, drug rings etc...) that they are running. It will be no suprise that this unfortunate young child will be robbed of whats hers too. Its just the way things are with the "GOOD OLE BOYS OF MONTEREY." When will the criminals hiding behind their badges and dirty money be brought to justice?

Money is not evil. It is the LOVE of money and when it is put before God and consumes your entire being that is evil. It is only evil if you let it be. We all (the entire town) let Jaclyn down. She was basically a child with no one that offered to give her a safe place and guidance. Shame on all of us. RIP little girl <3

This breaks my heart. We DID fail this kid. She really didn't have a chance in life. Such a sad story! Hopefully the next person that needs help we will do more as a community to help them through.

I read in the paper it was under investigation. From my understanding if alcohol or drugs are found in his system by law he will be charged. It is mandatory for a alcohol/drug blood test after an accident where there are injuries or death. According to the paper he was airlifted to a trauma center. Knowing hospital regulations I would say a blood test for alcohol/drugs was done immediately upon arrival. Guess we will just have to wait and see.

I hope they do charge him with it. Jaclyn clinged to him because she had nobody else and he controlled her. He beat her, abused her physically and verbally. This poor kid had nobody to turn to and he took advantage of that. It was never hidden, he would do it in public and was arrested for it. Jaclyn deserves justice. She was to scared to speak when she was on earth and he was the only normal she had. Weather he was hugging her or hitting her it was affection and attention that she needed. Her Daughter does not need to grow up around that. Pam has this child and she is cared for but so was Byron and Anthony and look at how they both turned out. This baby would be better off in an adoptive home then she would be with either of these familys. Someone said she should go to her Aunt? Would that be Misty? The woman who is a known drug addict who turned her own Sister away instead of trying to help her? This is just all so sad and I know there will be some hate post to my responce but it is all facts and if you are from Monterey then weather you speak of it or not You know it is true. RIP Jaclyn. I am sorry that this happened to you. You didn't deserve to lose your life and the future you could have had.
