Big meth bust today at wonderwood. and of course, it was the notorious Jesscia Bilbrey. The whole coplex knows they been watchin her, it was just a matter of time. harold jackson said it was a shake and bake. Bout time she got what she deserved, guess she thought since the office evicted her she'd have a farewell party. Kudo's to Monterey police department. Thanks for your job well done.

She will probably be out in no time, just like the others in her group. I thought she was up on charges, just recently, for cashing forged checks? One of her so called friends was on here trying to say it was somehow excusable since they were on "phony" companies. Catholic Charities of Tennessee isn't fake. There were two other companies that were similarly stolen from, but I don't remember their names. It's on here back in August or September, I believe.
I am very happy for everyone in Wonderwood not having to live under the bad stigma that the "beggars & thieves" brought into their place. I read on here a complaint that was probably from her, saying she was moving because they had the gall to tell them not to throw their "empties" down on the grounds blablabla, and how terrible the supervisors at Wonderwood were being with rules, etc.
This is another arguement "vote" for those saying that people receiving a free-ride from the taxpayers should be regularly tested for drug use in order to keep getting foodstamps & free rent, etc. There are MANY people, especially older ones that are fully eligible for assistance and too honest, self-sufficient, etc. to even apply for it.

Is she the one that provoked a fight with the lady named Sharon, I believe, that is one of the supervisors at Wonderwood? Some people do things like that because they think they will get a free lawyer and get damages; just another scheme. Do you know if it was her?

NO, this is not the person that she beat up. If it had been Jessica you would have seen her walking around with a broken nose, a broken jaw and broken ribs. Sharon beat the living sh*t outta this b*tch. Why are you bringing this up about her AGAIN? Just let it go. Sharon is a very nice person, til you piss her off that is. hahaha.

Well, well, well, Jessica finally got busted and by reading the Monterey paper and the Herald Citizen, she could be in jail for awhile. I feel sorry for her kids, That they had to put up with that, don't know where they went, but I hope them kids are safe and healthy. Sooner or later, they catch 'em all. Harold said him and Sharon knew what was going on up there, it was just a matter of catching her off guard. This went on for a long time. I'd like to see her lie her way out of this one. It has been so quiet around here since the bust, you don't see 50 million people in and out of "B" building all day and night. Thank you Monterey police and all the rest who were involved in this.

I don't think so. I asked Sharon about that because I was concerned for them and she said she didn't see any sign of the kids. But the monterey police were there for a few hours and Jessica was sitting in the police car most that time. Jessica came home in the middle of the bust, she was gone when they raided her apartment. There were people in there. You could see them coming and going and Jessica was gone. Now, she's really gone. I don't know where the kids are.

What about Amanda Lowe? She use to live with Jessica, she got arrested too. Its about time they got these girls off the streets they have both been running wild and free with no consequences of what they do for awhile now. Amanda was never like that Jessica girl I dont know what happened to her over the years. Its sad what drugs will do to a once good person.

I would be mad if I had MY picture at the top of the page with the headline they have from the Herald Citizen about a MAN abusing a child! It looks like they mixed the pictures up!

Kind of hard to tell. She looks like a man, she acts like a man. She is the furthest thing from a woman that I have ever seen. I'm not saying she's a lesbo or anything, but she sure don't know how to look like a lady.

Was meth actually cooked in the apartment? If so what kind of clean up has been done? I've heard that it soaks in the walls and ceilings of places that it has been cooked in i dont know if this true or not I personality wouldn't want to live where its been cooked in the past.

It says they found the "lab" in a backpack; it has been said on here that it has been cooked in the apt.; I bet there is a test that they can do to see about residual chemical poisons in the rugs, walls, etc.; before they have to go through the whole detox proceedure. It's something to consider when you buy a house or rent an apartment that isn't new. I would want to know who lived there before, or if the test is not expensive I would want it done. I think there is a law about what the owner has to do to repair the pollution and I read in the HC that there is at least one company that will guarantee their work and come in and take care of it for somewhere around $3,000.(not the exact amount!) It's online somewhere. I think I read there is a test that has to be passed if a tenant or former owner has been cooking in a building, before you rent or sell again.

Legally nothing has to be done to decontaminate the property unless law enforcement quarantine the property after a meth lab seizure. If quarantined then the property owner is responsible for finding a meth lab decon contractor to decontaminate the property. A good contractor will arrange for a pre-test to see how toxic the property is then decontaminate accordingly. A meth lab hygienist is the one who will test the property. Of course if the property is not quarantined then property owner could still pay to have a hygienist test the property & have decontaminated accordingly. If a home is not quarantined then decontaminated, the property owner is opening themselves up to legal action if someone moves into the home & becomes ill from exposure. In this case it appears uncertain if the process of manufacturing meth actually took place inside the apartment in which law enforcement should still quarantine the property to ensure safety of the next residents which would most likely include small children. It pretty simple actually but Putnam County & local PD's must not feel the need to ensure safety of properties.
