Cops: Man Duct Taped and Sexually Assaulted Teen

A 20-year-old man is under arrest, accused of luring a 15-year-old boy by promising him a job, then binding him with duct tape and sexually assaulting him, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies.
