What an great idea! If only it could be......a sad comment on society when our Troops are risking their lives, defending the US, and pray to get thru another day unscathed. They have families, loved ones, careers-A LIFE!- they want to get back to. Actually, the 13 at the end of the neighborhood (f13) means that the nighborhood is affiliated w/ La eMe. They are soldiers, they pay their taxes. There are neighborhoods out there that do not pay taxes and do not fly the 13. These non-13 neighborhoods are also greenlighted. These non-13 neighborhoods are also PC'd up in prison. There are a couple of good books out there that give alot of info on this prison gang. One book is actually written by a drop-out.
