Well, Mavis. You moved here long ago. You contributed to growth way back whenever that was. Are you saying that only certain people in a certain time can move to this area? That's an interesting and rather selfish outlook.

People have babies, Mavis. Families grow. That's life. Growth is what happens, unless you abort babies (like Parker's old employer Planned Parenthood does). It's wiser to accept that and plan for it.
