In the A.M you will see the polls favor Jerry brown even more.
Then come November Jerry Brown will be your governor like it or not.
Brown has the minority vote, the State Worker vote, the Union vote, and all of the cerebrally connected vote.
Mug Whitman has the corporatist vote, and the vote of the mindless working stiffs who have delusions that they are millionaires. LOL
This is exactly the cycle that needs to be broken because these (union, minority, state worker) voters are exactly the ones that have driven a stake through the heart of the late great state of California. God help us!

Has Brown EVER ran a business for profit instead of a unlimited checkbook?

Whitman 1 Brown 0

Has Whitman ever bent over for the Union Vote and cash?

Whitman 2 Brown 0

Does Whitman owe favors to any group?

Whitman 3 Brown 0

Brown is going after the Welfare Vote.

Whitman 4 Brown 0

Brown is a career politician and has already screwed California already.

Like Change is coming said, the cycle needs to be broken, enough is enough! if you want money work for it, you want a nice 401K save your cash,it is NOT the government's job to keep you fed and clothed!

Whitman has used HER money.

Brown is spending Union bribes, am sorry! Union "donations", think he is going to re-pay them in anyway?

That robber (because that's what he was doing: robbing our city from our taxes).. Robert Rizzo.. he's a C O W A R D..he hasn't had the guts to show his face up to the public after the whole scandal broke down concerning his salary. While he was enjoying his BMW or Benz driving down the streets, other struggling residents in this city were losing their vehicles for their most basic necessities. The same goes for councilmen.. all of them were thieves and are now GONE !

Robert Rizzo, Bell's former city manager, has been charged with 53 COUNTS of Child Molestation in Huntington Beach prior to his arrest. Someone is going to HELEN KELLER this man, best you get him out of town for his trial. We are concerned for his safety is all.
Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Steve Cooley filed charges against eight current and former Bell officials Tuesday, alleging that they misappropriated $5.5 million in public funds. Robert Rizzo, Bell's former city manager,.. charged with 53 counts of misappropriation of public funds and conflict of interest. The charges come after a dramatic morning in which authorities swept through Bell and other cities, arresting former and current Bell officials. Among those arrested were Rizzo; Angela Spaccia, former assistant city manager; Mayor Oscar Hernandez; council members George Mirabal, Teresa Jacobo and Luis Artiga; and former council members George Cole and Victor Bello. It tolls, of course, for public employees and for Democrats, the party almost exclusively linked to big labor, big government, and big labor in big government. Bell, California, a small municipality in Los Angeles County with a population of 40,000, has come to symbolize public employee rot. Bell's average resident earns under $30,000 per year, and its unemployment rate hovers around 16%, even higher than the high statewide rate for California (over 12%). Yet we learned from the Los Angeles Times that Bell was run by Chief Administration Officer Robert Rizzo is a Child Rapist Murder killer who will be dealt with. Stupid coward is going to DIE (D)iE (D), bringing down a salary of $800,000, and by Police

I had to work late and missed the debate. I'll watch it later.

Meg - Instead of giving away favorable deals to unions behind closed doors, she'll sell favors and jobs on eBay. Who wants to be a bridge commissioner? Wanna run BART? Starts at $99 for a high paying job. Gonna raise a lot of money that way!

Jerry - I'd like to see Gov "Sold the Limo" to tell the unions to suck it up! Times are tough and the gravy train is a train wreck. Get over it.

Try voting independent. You people can't expand your minds? The RICH aren't keeping their money in the US> Work for the rich?? They're outsourcing all the jobs or giving it to illegals for bigger profits. Meg is a joke. Brown is a socialist idiot. There are more then 2 political race/platforms. Every time these votes take place you people keep repeating your same mistakes over and over by voting for all of these corrupted people. Force your companies to keep jobs in the US or pay huge tax penalties, Stop the abuse of both federal and state welfare aid by the people who chose not to work for a living and force illegals out of this country so our children have smaller class sizes. Neither of these 2 will do this. This is part of the dumbing down of society. Maybe you have a secure job or business now but it will keep trickling down into deeper depression for our Great state that once was. Don't Vote Either Democrat Or Republican Because There Are Real Politicians Wanting Real Change. They Just Don't Represent These 2 Parties. The 2 Parties Are One System That Pass Power Back And Forth To Keep The People Deluding Into Thinking There Is Real Hope

With 80% of California’s General Fund revenue going toward employee compensation, and those employees and their unions supporting brown both financially and with their "feet on the street" (or is it boots on the ground), Jerry Brown won't be able to address this states structural deficit because of who helped get him elected. Government will stay as inefficiently large as the budget permits and there won't be anything close to meaningful pension reform.

I thought Jerry Brown, with all his experience in public service and public debate, would probably have an advantage over Meg Whittman in the first debate. That didn't happen, IMO. I think Whittman came out as the clear winner with the best story, the best strategy, and the best vision for California.

More importantly than the nonsense I just wrote, brown was exposed as a business-as-usual union funded retread. He can't change anything that matters because the people that fund him, endorse him, and put their feet on the street to campaign for him - are the problem.

Meg didn't vote for half of her life, she says she should of, but didn't, well, maybe I should vote for her, but "I won't", should have, but didn't.
These people are millionaires... why do they keep on, if it was only about money they would retire, but its about "Power", Brown, I will never support him.
I agree with you! I liked this woman at first but she appears overly confident and there is something about this lack of voting record that bothers me. She really doesn't EXPLAIN why she didn't rather just apologizes, says she's embarassed, etc.

There is also something I don't like but can't put my finger on it. Maybe it is the way she smiles in a rather condescending manner. And I don't like the fact that evidentally LITTLE IS KNOWN about her husband who is a DOCTOR!

I agree with all the $ she has, why spend it on an election and then the headaches that go along with winning when she is wealthy in her own right. I agree with Brown in that she's the one who will not have to pay taxes.

I also don't like her statements re. illegal immigration (inconsistent) and PUBLIC PENSIONS. People need to understand that most of those receiving them get very modest sums of $ that they paid into and not these huge ones that the administrators and Barbara Boxer and Feinstein will get.

Once again, we have little choice here. The best thing about Whitman is that she says she is beholden to no special interests so if that is true, that is a feather in her cap.

With all her money, she could sure use a better hairdresser and a makeover.

I do think Brown has morals and is a good person. Why is everyone so against the unions? Aren't they what made conditions better for so many of our parents and the middle class? I never joined any of them while working for L.A. County as it seemed they never did anything to improve the horrible working conditions (overcrowded offices, inadequate parking for just a couple of basic starters) and just wanted to do a lot of useless picketing and collect dues. However, the Dept. of Water and Power seems to be very well represented so there must be a disparity amongst unions???

We need someone to close the borders just like Arizona and to protect the public employees pensions and Proposition 13 to protect Homeowners. The sales tax in California is one of the highest and I agree with Whitman about needing to make California more attractive to businesses but other than that am undecided.

When Brown was governor, he was considered rather "kooky" but the sales tax was much lower and conditions were much better than now.

Most of the problems in California are due to ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION imo! I thought Meg Whitman was against closing the border a while ago and don't believe her now and her stand on this seems weak at best.

Carly Fiorina I liked at first but it doesn't seem like she has much of a chance.

The Pinocchio commercial comments were the best part of the whole debate and that ad is a good one even though I despise Witch Barbara Boxer who approves of it!!!

I do disagree with Brown and his support of charter schools! They are as full of thieves as those in Bell and many of them belong in prison with them! Look up the audits on these schools....they pay themselves millions of undeserved taxpayers dollars and were supposed to pay back a lot of the money they've stolen and some of them have been closed down.

They need to be examined under a microscope for every single penny they get into their big fat greedy hands and audited on a continuous basis.
