which was why I originally responded with a link from Jpost.com about how that Rabbi's pronouncement was soundly condemned by many Jews. HUghbes point was that Jews mindlessly follow their "rabbi", my counter, was obviously not.

Southern Italy and food? Put it in this way, if some southerner invites you in his home you will eat as much as to explode. If you tell him you're full, he and/or his family will feel offended and you are forced to eat everything.
If you like culture and if you pass through Italy, Florence is a must.
Venezia (Venice) is a very little city, has about 300,000 inhabitants. You can watch the famous Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale. The Peggy Guggenheim Museum that contains european and american art of the first half of 1900. Of course don't forget a gondola ride through Venice, that is the nice and romantic part of that city. There is a market and luxury boutiques to look. An advice though, if ever happen to go to Venice, be aware the gondeliers will increase the price to turists. Ask to some authority over there what is the current price for a gondola ride, to make sure you pay the right price.
Sicily is a region not a city. Never been there, but I can tell what I know about it. If you are a beach lover you may want to go to Isole (Islands) Eolie and/or Isola dei Conigli. These two places are famous for their beautiful beaches, especially the latter who was elected as the most beautiful beach in the world in 2013 by Tripadvisor.
Another stunning beach is Taormina, an international place, and it's so beautiful that many movies have been recorded over there. It has also a beautiful Greek-Roman theatre. Taormina is also famous for its mix of roman, greek, arabic art that make that little place unique.
While the city of Agrigento is famous for its Temples Valleys. It should be nice there especially because you can walk through ancient Greek temples.
Sicily has the biggest european volcano. People enjoy excursions over there. It should has a beautiful view.
Thank you. Good information. I would like to return again one day.

I think that Europeans travel more than Americans do especially internationally so it doesn't surprise me that you have been to more places here than I have been over there.

I have heard and read that Florence is the place for art and culture.

I will take your advice in Venice and try to pay a fair price for a boat ride. Did you see the same boats at the big Venetian Casino Hotel in Las Vegas?

Our hotel in Rome was the (in Italian) the Hotel of the Spanish Steps, at the top of the Spanish Steps to the right. A small hotel right across from a larger, fancy hotel. A friendly fellow named Fabio works there and is very helpful to the guests. Say hello to him for me.

A group of students belonging to the national-religious Ne’emanei Torah Va’avodah organization wrote a strong letter of criticism to Yosef, condemning his university ruling.

“This is something [copying work] which is morally corrupt, and we don’t know how it is possible to find any justification for it,” they wrote.
“Apart from the fact that such actions are a serious breach of university regulations, we as students who work hard every day doing course work and exams are saddened to see the legitimization of cheating and unilateral abrogation of student assignments.”

Tzohar executive vice president Nachman Rosenberg also harshly criticized the rabbi for his halachic ruling.
“It is a sad wonder how, between police investigations, trash talking and immorality, Rabbi Avraham Yosef finds both the time and audacity to personally persecute Rabbi Stav,” Rosenberg said.“I do not doubt his expertise in the Jewish laws pertaining to Passover cleaning, but I think he can use a serious polishing up on the laws of slander and the desecration of God’s name.”

Nation in the sense of Nationhood. Your description of Jews as BLOOD RELATIVES smacks of nazism. Shame on you.
A person born a Jew, part of the Jewish Nation. Additionally, just as every other nation, Jews also have naturalization laws to become part of that nation.
The means of naturalization to become a member of the Jewish Nation is conversion. Once a person has converted they have all the rights and obligations of any other member of the Nation. The naturalization process is what makes Jews like every other nation on earth.
No one can convert to become an Arab, Japanese, black or white. Those are all ethnicities.
Converts become Jews by a well established and accepted conversion process. Why would you even think anyone would blindly follow anyone even a Rabbi? Is that what you require?
Adam---A person born a Jew, part of the Jewish Nation.

HughBe--- Accepted and no doubt in my mind.

Adam---Additionally, just as every other nation, Jews also have naturalization laws to become part of that nation.

HughBe--- Understand, in the real world naturalization makes one a RESIDENT of a particular country and so help me with your parallel and tell me where do these CONVERTS live? Which country do they live in? Do they live in ISRAEL?

Hint: where does a naturalized American live?

Adam---The means of naturalization to become a member of the Jewish Nation is conversion. Once a person has converted they have ALL the rights and obligations of any other member of the Nation.

HughBe--- First, what are they converting to? Are they converting to the nation or to the religion JUDAISM?

Also, are you saying that such CONVERTS in Jamaica have land rights in Israel?

Tell me about the land rights in ISRAEL of converts from ALL over the world.

Adam--- The naturalization process is what makes Jews like every other nation on earth.

HughBe--- Such a statement is what makes me know that people at your level follow others blindly.

Lesson: When a person becomes a naturalized citizen of the US the person LIVES in the US and this is completely OPPOSITE to what obtains in your naturalization process that you absurdly claim "makes JEWS like every OTHER nation on EARTH".

In the context ,see lesson, tell me where on EARTH is the nation JEWS ? I can find Jamaica and the US etc so help me with the nation called JEWS. Recall YOU said, "naturalization process is what makes Jews like every other nation on earth"

Adam--- 1. "No one can CONVERT to become an Arab, Japanese, black or white. Those are all ethnicities."
2. You also said "A person BORN a Jew"

HughBe----Explain the difference between 1& 2 .

Now you have said that people are BORN Jews and also that people can become Jews by CONVERSION. Effectively you have also said that people are BORN Arabs etc. so explain to me why others cannot CONVERT and become Arabs just like the case of JEWS.

Explain in details the logic and TRUTH of your sentiments.

Take your time I shall be back later.

Arab is an ethnicity not a religion. Jew is both.

However, there are Arab tribes you could be converted into (i.e. accepted into).

About the Venetian we were told about it and we went to see it. Nice reproduction of Venezia. Though we haven't taken a ride.

I think the name of the roman hotel you have been to is called Scalinata di Spagna. The right translation in English is Flight of Steps of Spain. So, basically you had the Fontana della Barcaccia of Bernini that I told you in the other post, right in front of your hotel.

Did I tell you what I believe?

I ask you for the facts that the constitution is applicable to me or anyone else.
We can get to laws as soon as you provide facts that the constitution applies, or you just tell me that you have no facts.

HughBe--- it is good to see that you have researched the matter. However, the CONVERTS are JEWS and so are you saying to me that ALL the rabbis and the Government of Israel can deprive ANY Jew of rights to land which God Almighty gave to him or her? That is what it means. Pass on the revelation.

Mightier are your rabbis than their God.

Let me simplify the conversation for you and Adam.

Adam is saying that Jews are born and others can become Jews. In addition he is saying that Arabs are born BUT others cannot become Arabs. Why? I want both of you to explain this HIGH thinking.

Lesson 1: Arabs are more an ethnic group than Jews. Why? A far greater percentage of Arabs subscribe to a COMMON religion called Islam than do Jews to any religion. Recall almost more than 50 % of Jews are SECULAR.

Lesson 2: The Jewish people or God's FIRST born were almost NEVER an ethno-religious people as is FALSELY asserted by you and others.

Let us see--

A) For over 400 years prior to the exodus they did NOT worship God Almighty and NEVER had the WAY of God. Ethno-religious BS proven to be just that.

B) The Tribe of Dan was involved in IDOLATRY for over 360 years AFTER the exodus. They do NOT qualify as being ethno-religious unless the religion is PAGANISM.

C) The two captivities PROVE that this ethno-relogious argument is BS.

D) The DESTRUCTION of the TEMPLE also PROVES the ethno-religious BS to be a LIE. Do you and your rabbis FEEL that Jews were ethno-religious and so God "rewarded" it by DESTROYING THE TEMPLE?

E) The almost 2000 years away from their God-given land PROVES the ethno-religious BS to be a LIE.

F) Today more than 50% of Jews are NOT religious. Heck, Jamaicans are FAR more ethno-religious than them. Most Jamaicans are Christians regardless of where they live. Most Jamaicans LIVE by the Jamaican culture even if they are at the North or South poles and they do so FREELY and WILLINGLY. Note, Jamaicans in question include: whites, blacks, Jews, Indians, Chinese etc.

PS: Take the time to meditate upon these truths and teach your masters them.
