can anyone take you seriously??
state law protects us patients....

those that hide behind federal law are (because it is conveinient)

just pathetic. someone explain to me how they have legal hookers next door(in nevada) and gambling as you walk off the plane, but smoking or cultivating pot is a crime??? give it a rest!!

read the tenth amendment....!!!!! all of those issues are covered by state law, not federal law.

then youll realize that the controlled substance act itself, could be struck down....but it wont be, because the scotus is mostly full of corporate pawns.

Willard Mitt Romney still trails in United States of America national polls.

Paul D. Ryan is also following in the poll dust.

A Minneapolis police sergeant punched another man outside an Andover bar back in June 2012 has been released from jail under the conditions, submits to random testing, stays away from drugs or alcohol, and keeps away from the incident’s victims.

David Richard Clifford, 48, is charged with first-degree assault, Brian Vanderlee.

Clifford’s next court date is December 5, 2012..

So NO SMOKING this stuff either.

speaking from experience, marijuana is a gateway drug& an aphrodesiac! why do you think they call it whacky-weed?!?

& i seriously doubt if you can name me a significant number of users who haven't used other drugs.

ussually it goes pot to lsd & then anything goes

but then, i used to hang out with a lot of hardcore druggie musicians in california, but still, if it happened to me, it can happen to you!

& a serious crime was committed against me while the perp was under the influence. had to toke up to gety revved for the crime.

& in these days, if that happened to me,it can happen to you too!

Proposition 19 would change California Law to Legalize Marijuana and Allow It to Be Regulated and Taxed:
- Allows people 21 years old or older to possess, cultivate, or transport marijuana for personal use.
- Permits local governments to regulate and tax commercial production and sale of marijuana to people 21 years old or older.
- Prohibits people from possessing marijuana on school grounds, using it in public, smoking it while minors are present, or providing it to anyone under 21 years old.
- Maintains current prohibitions against driving while impaired.
How will you vote on November 2?

Yes, let's legalize it. After all, it is no more dangerous than cigarettes and cigars. If you really think that, I challenge you to a trial. I'll get in my car and you in yours, we'll both chain-smoke as we drive the Freeways fom LAX to Fraser Park. See which one makes it??? Har-Har!

Certified AOD Counselor wrote:
The problem, if Prop. 19 passes (and I am one of the "YES" votes!), will be that EVERY city and county in the state will have to make a decision as to whether marijuana can be sold or cultivated or possessed, within their local jurisdiction! That means ALL 58 Counties, PLUS ALL 481 incorporated cities in CA, will have to decide if marijuana is "legal" at a SPECIFIC local level. Some cities will still say no to it, for the revenue that citing people for possessing it, or growing it "illegally" will bring.
It will be interesting to see WHERE in CA, marijuana will be "legal" 1 year after Election Day!
