Remember that you must be smarter than the package you are trying to open. This should be a problem only for tea party/GOPers and similar undesirables. If you are attempting to place such toxic trash into packaging for curbside removal, refer to previously posted disposal guidelines.

Instead of making another damn law, why don't they just try an awareness program to discourage the use and over use of paper and plastic bags. California just loves making laws, laws, and more laws. They seem to love making criminals out of their citizens one way or another. Let's make more laws to make sure of it. Round up as many people as possible and get them into their legal system and prisons. That's big business, you know. More revenue to waste on who knows what.

If they really wanted to save the environment why don't they find the money to bring school busing back for the state California instead of thousands and thousands of parents driving two to four times a day to take kids back and forth? Save the environment from car pollution and the parents pocket book on gas!

Despite cheryl's dire prediction, we will not be imprisoning anyone for disobeying bag laws. Sounds like someone's been watching too much Fox "News" or listening to Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh or someone equally as idiotic.

Bag pressure can be relieved by placing the offending bag inside another bag (recyclable of course). Place the bagged bag on a flat surface like a sturdy table. Strike repeatedly with a rubber mallet or steel hammer until the pressure is relieved.

Boxes of single-use tea bags are located in the coffee and tea aisle. No-use and useless Tea Bags can be found at Republican conventions, evangelical churches, and similar offensive locations where idiots gather.

The banning of single use paper bags from being given out for free is a definitely a step in the right direction. Plastic bags are given out too freely now, with cashiers putting every thing in a bag, even single items like an apple or a banana. Given that it is assumed that most people use over 130 bags each year, it is essential that everyone starts making changes to be more environmentally conscious. The majority of the plastic bags used are not even recycled and instead sent to landfills, or worse, they wind up on beaches, roads, and sidewalks. Not to mention the thousands of blastic bags flouting in the ocean and consequentially effecting marine life.
This new law is going is the first step in making California and plastic-bag-free state.
Why doesn't California import Michael Bloomberg, since everyone seems to have turned stupid.

California has always been full of fruits and nuts, but lately they have gotten a whole lot nuttier.
Maybe Sacramento is awaiting the arrival Michael Bloomberg so they want to give him something to sink his teeth into.

Dumb Georgia crackers should be disposed of in the same bins as tea bags. Remember to wash hands thoroughly after disposal of such toxic waste.
