Statewide ban on single-use plastic bags, fee for other bags proposed

State lawmakers announce a compromise bill that would ban single-use plastic bags and charge a fee for other bags throughout California.

Susan.

This bill follows the Lowenthal/Garcia gang model. That model is designed to impose harassment taxes on the minority of citizens who pay taxes while at the same time pandering to the voting majority whose "free food" is paid for with expensive taxpayer food stamps. In addition, the Lowenthal/Garcia gang acts to protect the high priced *(unionized)* grocers with what is in effect Government monopoly powers. This keeps any competitive minded grocer or grocery chain from "getting any funny ideas" by LAW! such as providing free grocery bags to the minority of Long Beachers who do not use taxpayer funded food stamps.

Recently, one of the Lowenthal gang failed in her effort to become city mayor. This is a step in the right direction, but unless the underlying problem is dealt with, voting the Lowenthal/Garcia gang out is merely an exercise in futility.

Long Beach is home to one of the most radical of California's entire incredibly expense taxpayer funded State university system. Vote one faction or radicals out, and this revolutionary system just trains more to take their place. These expensive Godless monuments are dedicated to radical 60s 70s era societal and economic revolution.

Let overtaxed Long Beachers fire the first shot in the long overdue battle for freedom. Let us close down the pernicious Government university that has gotten its tentacles into every aspect of the city. Then, the existing taxpayer owned campus can be used to train the children and the wealthy Government "professor" occupiers the skills needed to preform modern 21st century labor.

Funny thing about real democracy. Once "the people" get a whiff of it, It tends to spread.

That's interesting. I knew revolutionary Council *(druggies)* had gone to war - for purposes of increased taxes and Governmental control only - against the decent overtaxed non-tobacco users of good-will and their friends, the decent women and men who partake in the simple worker *("middle")* class pleasure of an occasional tobacco product. I did not know that revolutionary Council had succeed *(yet)* in their efforts to "legalize" illegal mind rotting pot by "going through the back door of "regulating" this evil illegal weed for "medicinal" purposes.

As you may know, Big Bill Bundy 4ever, when druggies are strung out on mind rotting pot, their sense of time and space becomes disorientated. Because mind rotting pot is legal in Colorado, the corrupt courts would hold that denying the "medical benefits" of pot addiction to the cops would be in violation of our Republican friends' 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Yes. But as long as you tax eaters get "free" taxpayer funded grocery and goods bags in accordance with the Lowenthal/Garcia grocery and goods bag harassment tax LAW!, why should you be worrying about the cost? Just have your unionized grocery checker double bag your "free" tree-killing paper bags.*(until the Lowenthal/Garcia gang outlaws them too)*

Source: http://tinyurl.com/azkqelq

(*note, One will do. Like all post revolution LAW! imposed by the revolutionary rulers since they came to power, there are tax-exempt - meaning they are subsidized by the tax paying minority - NGOs who act as divisive agents to ensure opposition is muted and made ineffectual. Why not sign up with one of the many of these anti consumer organizations for part time "work"? Doing so would qualify you for many taxpayer provided benefits, including taxpayer funded earned income tax credits. In addition, after revolutionary Council succeeds in "legalizing" illegal mind rotting "medical" pot, you can look forward to the corrupt legal system getting you "free" taxpayer funded pot)*

You bring up an interesting point. Before the Lowenthal/Garcia gang began their reign of terror war against food eaters throughout the entire State by criminalizing non-unionized grocers in "Liberal" controlled Long Beach, non-unionized grocers provided free plastic grocery and goods carry bags. After that revolutionary element criminalized non-unionized grocers who provided that basic service, they imposed a fee upon consumers who asked to be provided tree killing paper bags *(the voting majority of city residents who use expensive taxpayer provided food stamps are exempt)*

As we all know, redwoodbags once the pandering political ruling class gets their foot in the door, they do not stop there. The question I would like you to answer is - until the Lowenthal/Garcia gang criminalizes non-union grocers who provide tree killing paper carry bags - how high do you think the charge will eventually go?

Another point is that the trendy Lowenthal/Garcia cotton bags favored by the city's "Liberal" element use copious amounts of global warming causing oil based fertilizers to grow the cotton that is used to manufacture the carry bags. Should the Lowenthal/Garcia gang have the RIGHT to go before a "people's court" to stand trial for the damage they are doing to OUR environment?
