If you can say nasty things about say Islam for example, then the reverse is also true, people can say nasty things about yours ( shrug )

Personally I don’t think anything is sacred

That's why the Mall was open to them but not to the vets.

Maybe the United States should be renamed the United States of Obama.

That would be a more fitting memorial to him.

Think about it: It'll be good to have a one-party system. There will be no more messy debates or loud arguments.

We'll have a nice quiet nation of the type that all the powerful Democrats want to live in.

The president does not have the power to shut those down, congress did that.

We have a minority in congress that are close to becoming terrorists, do our political will or we will crash the country, destroy your elderly's retirement accounts, push millions out of their jobs etc

The president is in a tough position, if you negotiate with terrorists, you only encourage them to terror.

Democrats are not creating a one party system, Republicans by acting like terrorists are forcing every moderate to the left.

I would prefer a 2 party system ( or more ) but as long as extremists have control of the GOP, they are forcing us into a one party system.

I wish they would stop that.

I am appalled at the fact that the
Government won't even help the
families of deceased vets in the
war in Iraq...Thank God a charity
stepped in to give them money
to help bury their son, this is
going to get worse before it gets
any better...

Actually that funding just passed both houses and the president said he would sign it, it was a result of the shutdown that the president has no control over.

Glad to hear it.In the last week, we
have had 3 missing kids/teens vanish,
and there are no "Amber Alerts"!
Imagine being those parents! There
are too many closures to even
mention them.

It doesnt look like there is a nationwide criteria, up to local police, interesting though, you had me look it up anyway...

The alerts are broadcast using the Emergency Alert System, which had previously been used primarily for weather bulletins, civil emergencies, or national emergencies.[11] Alerts usually contain a description of the child and of the likely abductor.[12] To avoid both false alarms and having alerts ignored as a "wolf cry", the criteria for issuing an alert are rather strict. Each state's or province's AMBER alert plan sets its own criteria for activation, meaning that there are differences between alerting agencies as to which incidents are considered to justify the use of the system. However, the U.S. Department of Justice issues the following "guidance", which most states are said to "adhere closely to" (in the U.S.):[13]
1.Law enforcement must confirm that an abduction has taken place.
2.The child must be at risk of serious injury or death.
3.There must be sufficient descriptive information of child, captor, or captor's vehicle to issue an alert.
4.The child must be under 18 years of age.

Many law enforcement agencies have not used #2 as a criterion, resulting in many parental abductions triggering an Amber Alert, where the child is not known or assumed to be at risk of serious injury or death. In 2013, West Virginia passed Skylar's Law to eliminate #1 as a criterion for triggering an Amber Alert.

I've always wondered.

How do you know a person is judging others if you don't ever judge???

Jizzy gets very upset when you mention God. I suspect childhood abuse at the hands of his spun out homeless fundie parents.

And like you say, add cannabis daily since he was 12 years old and well, he's still 12 years old.

And then you have his god, a bowl of spaghetti that can fly.

Wrap it all up into a package put a nice pink bow on it and there's our Jizzy!
