Well, bigfoot, the fact that one couple is free to marry, and the other is not violates the 14th Amendment. That's the whole point. And the issue is gender, we don't know about their sexual behavior.<quoted text>
Oh, so NOW it is a question about mixed couples vs gay couples, eh ? Well, we'd have to examine the differences between the 2 couples.
1) One couple is legitimate, and the other is not. 1 couple is free to marry, and the other is not. That is because of the anti-gay marriage laws, that are the majority rule, that the Federal government is not free to decide. That decision is left to the states, to decide, based upon the sexual behavior of the 2 differing types of couples.
It was about equal protection under the law when it comes to marriage. Why deny it?2) Glad we straightened that out, that Loving v VA was about inter-racial marriage, and not about gay couples.
Well, you were straight before you engaged in any sexual behavior. Weren't you?3) Of course I am normal.
I told you, I'm an Orthodox Jew, just like you are Wiccan.4) You still haven't answered my question about your religious beliefs.....Oh, silly me, there is no #4, that wasn't part of this post, oh well.
