You homophobes come up with the strangest stuff. Why are you so fixated on gay sex? Why not just be happy you have that much less competition for the opposite sex. WHY VOTE wrote: Ok, I don't really care if same sex people get married or are together in any capacity. I am for equal rights BUT.......... I am very annoyed that peoples votes don't mean anything anymore. What happened to a majority vote rules? What happened to the peoples voice? My stance on this has nothing to do with same sex couples. This is just the latest thing a court has overturned or blocked that THE PEOPLE voted for. Look at AZ., look back at prop. 187 which would have saved is billions in illegal immigrant funding. The people of the USA are trying to make changes to better our country and the few judges are effectively disenfranchising us. Again this is not directed at same sex couples it is major frustration over the majority loosing there voice. WHY VOTE???? For starters, people's civil rights should not be put to a majority vote. That's one of the main reasons for judicial review by our Courts, particularly with respect to the Constitutionality of laws passed by the legislature and initiatives approved of by voters.

If the majority of people voted that black people do not count as people and white people should be allowed to own them as slaves, should this "majority vote" become law, because "the people have spoken"? Does that make it ok? Would over-ruling this be disenfranchising these esteemed voters? Think about it..

phobias are unfounded or irrational fears. The homosexual recruitment of our youth is real.jailhouse homosexuals will rape and should be feared by men and women alike. Flying hinnie pliers as seen on kid cartoons is a real recruitment message.

As far as saying that, they were forgetting that they were in jail, and pretending to be back out on the street for a minute... Rose_NoHo tells us that a 50's rock and roll song is about gay group sex. Then (s)he describes male on male anilingus and hand jobs and then accuses us of being fixated on anal sex! Priceless!

It's time for all Americans to declare allegiance to the Constitution of the United States. Let's face it - if the Constitution goes down, all is lost for America. Enemies of the Constitution call it archaic, rigid, inflexible, noninductive, intolerant, unworkable in our modern society. But for 225 years, this document has helped keep America great.
