don't blame them. who wants to work for somebody that can't be trusted (city council). lets be real would you trust the city council, sorry to say this, i if the police dept. just up and quit. maybe the elite elected, will finally be the 1st in the nation???? then maybe they will finally come up with money, just like the millions they have to pay THEIR LAWYERS for the bankruptcy. who is paying for that, THE PEOPLE, certainly not out of their pockets.
