This is sad. I was shocked when I found out because the victim James was severely mentally ill and should not have been driving a vehicle. He had a lot of mental health issues that probably resulted in this. He was said to be doing donuts in the car. I think the police should find out who sold him this car. You can physically tell James is ill and shouldn't of been operating a vehicle. I know he liked to drink alcohol so this should also be considered. The Antioch police station is not far from where this occurred so why didn't any police see him doing the donuts in the car? I'm sure it was loud. I want to feel sad but James also liked to start trouble with people and was known for harassing other people while he lived downtown near waldie plaza due to being homeless.

because, the police are soooo busy trying to keep people like you and i from being attacked by feral viggers, they have no time whatsoever to be near the station.
