MARINA, Calif.- Nearly a half million dollars will be available to the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District to use for security and safety upgrades at its schools in Marina, Seaside and Monterey.

So I wonder, how will the Superintendent and her cronies weasel these funds into their pockets? Oh I know, the School Board will "force" them take a pay raise....
