Hotel room tax hike up to Capitola voters
CAPITOLA >> Capitola voters will decide on Nov. 4 whether to raise the hotel room tax from 10 percent to 11 percent, a proposal advanced by a City Council that split 3-2 on the issue.

Does this law apply to Aptos also???
Does this mean they will be taxing Buzz for sleeping in DBS's basement????
I thought Buzz could stay there for free while he tries to get himself together???
And hey peeps, please dont call Buzz a "parasite" while we talk about this, ok?????
