This guy can't charm the ladies so he has to force them. SUPRISE!
At 9:35 p.m., the sheriff’s office said, Andrew Louis Ybarra of Moreno Valley solicited the woman for sexual acts and followed her to the lower compartment of the train when she refused him. They said Ybarra grabbed the woman from behind and trapped her hands before reaching down her pants to fondle her.

The woman tried to escape Ybarra, the sheriff’s office said, but he then tried to undo her pants. They said the woman eventually broke free and ran. Other passengers who heard the commotion confronted Ybarra in the lower compartment of the train, the sheriff’s office said. Ybarra slapped one of the passengers before the train conductors managed to detain him.

Ybarra was later taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies, they said. He was also accused of being in possession of marijuana, the sheriff’s office said.

Perhaps he'll file a lawsuit against the police and the State of CA. for not respecting his country of origin Traditions and Customs?

What exactly is your comment supposed to mean? I didn't see anything mentioning this guy's country of origin?

I see that someone else is now also challenging the speculative inferences about Spanish surnamed individuals engaged in criminal activities being non-Americans, as if the foreign born are the only ones capable of criminal behavior.

If they guy were named Murphy or Halloran, I doubt that the Irish culture would be similarly maligned, or that his American origins would be questioned, unless this had happened 150 years ago in Boston--then the same bias would have been routine and accepted for what it is: racism.
