Barack "urged Americans on Saturday not to be disheartened by images of anti-American violence in the Islamic world"

Barack is more concerned with American opinion toward Islam than dealing effectively with the terrorism in Bengazi.

In the Iranian hostage crisis, as inevitable parallels will be drawn between that and this current crisis, the HOSTAGES WERE RELEASED WITHIN 45 MINUTES of Reagan taking office. Carter's lame negotiations were useless. Romney is our new Reagan, loves America, not a do-nothing and is intelligent

Barack "assured that his administration was doing everything it could to protect Americans who were serving abroad."

That Barack did everything to protect American diplomats is simply not true. He skipped 50% of intelligence briefings and ignored warnings from Libyan newspapers about increasingly violent rhetoric towards Americans because of a lone film. There were NO MARINES OR US SECURITY PROPERLY ARMED WITH PROTECTION AT THE US EMBASSY IN LIBYA.

The EMPTY CHAIR STRIKES AGAIN. He is the greatest hoax ever perpetuated in American history. It took Clint Eastwood to call it.

Romney correctly called Barack's initial apologetic response to the horrifying attack in Benghazi a disgrace. This is not playing politics. This is politics, Barack, get out of the kitchen if you can dish it but can't take it.

The same happened with the Koran burning last year. Rampage against the innocens due to one lone action is wrong. Barack apologized for the one Koran burning and allowed terrorist retaliation against the US flag. It basically sanctioned events of this week in Bengazhi. Barack justifies the escalation of terrorism by apologizing implying that the violence is authorized. Stevens and the US needed to learn you cannot rationalize with terrorists who are intent on any excuse for violence and domination. The EMTPY CHAIR did not protect Americans as he claims.

Fortunately, Romney spoke up immediately as an American, not a useless vote-present then lie stupidly afterwards type leadership.

If Eastwood didn't pull this bizarre, feeble minded stunt on national television, there'd be nothing to talk about.

Really, Clint seems addled in his old age. He should avoid live TV...

These silly right-wing idiots so desperately want to convince themselves that all is well, that Romney isn’t losing, that the polls are all wrong and that Clint Eastwood yelling at an empty chair during primetime television was seen as a brilliant way to get people to support Mitt Romney for president…

This in spite of the fact that Romney didn’t get the traditional post convention bounce (like the 10 point one Obama got), and that every credible conservative called Eastwood’s ramblings bizarre. Hell, even Mitt and Ann uncomfortably tried to walk back the decision to put Eastwood up on that stage.
I am truly enjoying watching these tea-baggers feeling around at the bottom of the sewer looking for an answer, LOL.

Certainly not your usual prattle.

Also, what you say is not true (what ELSE is new?). Republicans by the bushel have tried to disassociate themselves from Eastwood's dementia circus.

Age and sputtering aside, Clint Eastwood reveals himself to be politically ignorant and naive. He rails against all the insults that are hurled in politics, then he goes on to do exactly that.

Eastwood seems unable to get into the "why" of government success or failure, and tends to lay the blame everywhere and nowhere. He talks about Obama as though a president has the power to do anything he wants, as if an obstructionist Congress had no power to stop him.

In short, his views are hopelessly simple-minded, and reminiscent of Tea Party mindlessness.

But the chair is up for an Emmy.
