As if California hasn't suffered enough this summer, extreme temperatures are expected to arrive today and send people flocking to Santa Cruz County beaches to cool off.

Its depressing how its always boiling during the week and cools down by the weekend. I think God is fudging with us workers.

TIPS FOR BEATING THE HEAT:
BBQ
Swim in the Ocean
Buy a case of cold beer and relax
Or work in an air conditioned facility in the valley and miss all the great weather.=(

I second that sentiment Pamp. My lab is set at 68 degrees and it's actually cold, but can't have equipment overheat. Least it's still warm in the evenings.
