Joe was my uncle and cayden is my cousin. Joe was the sweetest man ever and was a wonderfull father. Please pray for cayden he is still hospitlaized. What i want to know is why the heck were they having a high speed chase at 100mph and more authority was not called in earlier when this dispute started. Now because of some 26 year old man decided to be so careless and so stupid my two cousins have to live without their father forever. I just dont understand how someone could do what this man has done...
