More than 18,000 pot plants have been found in a pair of sophisticated marijuana growing operations in remote areas of a California forest.

Are we surprised? Why do half the vehicles in California not have a front license plate when they are required by law? It isn't like they are hard to spot. Even little kids are playing games in the cars as they go around with their parents, spotting vehicles with no front license plate and calling out each time they see one which is like every two seconds. Why don't the cops enforce the laws?

Has the Lompoc cop's 18 yr old daughter who drove distracted and hit and killed the 56 yr old mother of three been charged yet?
