Spring Valley residents aren't suprise by the outcome of it, we did know about those people. Today is Desmaret, tomorrow will be the ex-mayor and pretty soon it will be the actual mayor; the last one will be not bribery but for incompetency.Put this one in your calendar.
Those people were using the ignorance of the residents, and now you can understand why Spring Valley is the poorest town in Rockland County.
I'am a Haitian, but I feel shame, I want to leave town, I cannot look at other people in the eyes anymore.
