This place wil screw you over. Im in the Air Force and am based in nor cal i first ordered a scooter from them and was told their shop is in san fransisco from one of there employees. Well guess what when i got to San Fransisco i called and ask where the heck the store is. A different employee picked up and started laughing and said they are about 6 hours south. So i was pissed. They then made me pay for it to be shipped to me for a total of 1000 all said and done, i as left with a chinese piece of shit scooter that wouldnt run. It starts but as soln as i give it gas, it dies. Ive called this company over 10 times trying to have it fixed and i have been shocked by how rude they are. They need to be taken care of. My $1000 scooter still doesnt run and it is brandnew.

I ordered (2) 2012 150's - Scooter Depot US handled all concerns I had accordingly. You do get the MSO paperwork a few weeks after you notify them. I also changed out the light bulbs. The bike panels were screwed back in with a dab of latex to avoid any future loosening and all bolts were "blue" loctite. The Velocity 150cc Chinese scooter is a delight!! Prepare it out of the crate correctly, and you will have many years of fun riding it

I bought a scooter from Sunny Motors in Jan 2013. It arrived BROKEN. It had obviously been dropped in the box, the frame of the crate it was shipped in was bent. Rather than taking it back they sent us replacement parts. But some of the parts did not fit. So here we are in April, still working on a BRAN NEW Scooter that is broke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUNNY MOTORS unless you want to be screwed

Just saw these reviews after buying a scooter from sunny sports / scooter depot.... There will be a girl that answers and assures you that kids wrote these bad reviews which is what happened to me 2500$ later they sent me a scooter that does not work at all...and refuse to answer my calls. When I got the lady back on the phone her name was Liz I said I thought you said those false reviews and kids made the up.. She responded you should have listen to the reviews...:-/ smh no one will answer your call after you buy it, 2013 and they are still robbing people. If you find anything out about a class action law suit let me know I will do all in my power to remove them from business. [email protected]

Jeff, this is Hebert at the Scooter Depot. I want to provide my deepest apology for you feeling raped. I will definitely talk to my technical department. They obviously are slacking off on the job if the worst you felt was only being raped. But remember, Jeff; thanks for being such a sucker and buying our China crap!

I was contacted by Sunny informing me my first color choice (red) wasn't available in the model I chose. I changed models specifically to get a red scooter. They sent me a black one. After putting 152 miles on the bike, the starter cylinder broke apart and pulled out with my key. I contacted them and the tech guy, Tim, who said he would take care of it, but it would take about a week to get the new part. After 10 days and still no part arriving, I called to see when the part shipped and get a tracking number and was told that he couldn't check on the shipping because he didn't have a password to get into the shipping info, but he would call me back. After waiting 5 hours, I called again and he put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called several times and finally got through. I am now told that the part (for a brand new scooter, mind you) is sold out and may take several weeks to get. I asked if there was a defect on the part, reasoning that there would be no other reason so many people would need that part. They denied that anything was wrong, so now I am waiting for the next chapter in this great American ripoff.

Here's a portion of a letter I sent to them today after an extremely bad experience with the parts department and being hung up on by the manager before I could even finish the first sentence of explaining what happened:

To the manager:

The reason I am upset is that being reasonable doesn't seem to get me anywhere with your company. In my initial conversations with the parts department, your staff first refused to acknowledge there was a problem, then never followed up when photos were sent showing that their was. When we were looking at the photos (10 days later), the parts manager first claimed I could just ream out the bolt holes on the exhaust pipe flange a little bigger (however, the holes were so far off that they didn't even fall onto the flange, as was clearly shown in the photos, and which he finally acknowledged). He refused to cover the cost of fixing it, said you weren't making any money on parts so he couldn't help me, then tried to get me to take the head off the old engine and put it on the new one at my expense to resolve the problem with the engine you sent. When I pointed out that that was going to cost me as much or more as adapting the existing exhaust pipe to fit the new engine, he told me the well known, reputable shop I was using was overcharging me triple for the work. Your staff has been unreasonable from the beginning on this--is it any wonder the customer gets upset.

In addition, I purchased a new engine and the one I received appears to be remanufactured. The mechanic at the shop mentioned that it is all scratched up like a used engine, and said it looked like it had been on and off a bike a couple of times. Even your parts manager commented when he saw the photos that it didn't look like a new engine.

So to sum up, I've been without the bike for two months, half of that due to non-matching parts being sent late by scooter depot. I paid for a new engine and apparently got a used one instead, which I haven't even brought up yet. The follow-up by your company has been awful, the parts people have been sullen and unhelpful on the phone, and I've been disconnected, hung up on or been forgotten on hold a number of times.

Needless to say, this has not been a happy experience for me. The really unfortunate thing for you is, I would guess the time you have spent taking my calls and trying to tell me there isn't a problem has probably cost you as much or more as if you would have just done the right thing and paid for it to be fixed in the beginning. So you ended up with the worst of both worlds--your company didn't save any money trying to nickel and dime me and you have an extremely unhappy customer to boot.

The biggest frustration for me is that you all don't even seem to care. The attitude seems to be, if it doesn't work, well, that's my problem. If you want to keep having irate customers, keep doing that.

Do not buy anything from SUNNY SPORTS INC. web site is ( scooter depot )They told me more then one it was 90 percent complete, the most that would have too be done too it is put the front wheel on, when I received it & uncrated to my surprise it wasn't even 50 percent put together, so I called them about a Manuel, they wouldn't even send one. I even told them if I can't get an assembly Manuel I wanted a refund, the manager told me that wouldn't happen just cause I can't put it together, Got no technical support at all.

bout a sunny 150cc last month. rides great. everything works. you get what you pay for. cheap items will break down more than ones costing 4-5x as much but the parts for these cheap chinese bikes is that parts cost are super cheap too. Learn how to keep your bike in shape and for the money you cant go wrong.

I made the mistake of purchasing one of there scooters.First off it came raped in cardboard around a cheap angle iron cage that they brag about.however it was all bent up like something heavy was stacked on top of it,then the bottom was bent up like a fork lift damaged it.needless to say the thing was damaged. when i called and sent pictures the said they werent big enough which was bull crap.then the guy i talked to was no longer with them. The MSO they sent was a copy which Pa wont accept because its a copy.So here i hang out to dry.I had 2 buddys that were going to order one,but thank goodness i stopped them.
