in my opinion mr keaton should do more than 10 years
he is suppose to uphold law order and to serve the public and to protect. there are other offenders that do less crime than that, and they are give more of a tougher sentence than are required.
he is no exeption.

Now lets flip the coin . There was a lot of "what if's". But the inmates were not violent, raping , fighting, or assaulting guards.
Were they?
But I assure you, when the jail returns to "Ab-normal", it these dark incidents will return.
But thats what the new Sherrif wanted anyway. Keep the inmates miserable, they hurt others. This insures job security and needed Federal dollars.
